I have my own theories about the Jem'hadar - they must have been based on a species that the founders discovered in the Gamma Quadrant. So maybe the original genome of the Jem'hadar, which included females, was reconstructed therefore making natural reproduction possible.

Worf's important life lesson here is to always throw your own birthday parties. When my family threw my 40th, it was like a funeral for my happiness and lost youth. A perfectly depressing, tone-deaf event. So throw your own party. Choose the music, the food, the drinks. If you want to watch Star Trek VI and eat sushi, tell everyone that's whats going to happen. #AllStarTrek

One of the major reasons I am in the Fediverse is to talk about #StarTrek. I watch the nightly Star Trek lineup on H&I and use the #AllStarTrek hashtag to talk about the episodes with my trekkie friends. Mirror Ayoko (our fleet admiral) posts the schedule every day in case anyone wants to watch these episodes on a streaming service. I consider this post a fair warning that I am capable of live-posting about Star Trek for 5 hours in the evening.

I have always suggested a hat with an emergency light. Maybe it could be behind breakable glass on a starship - if someone is wearing the "I'm in a parallel reality or something!
