I wonder if Saeco coffee machines count too? I imagine that they do, given that the first one that I owned had a coffee counter that exceeded 24,000 before I donated it to our office.

Thick, crinkle cut seaweed (nori) flavoured chips do have their moments over Wasabi when you want less spice, but I haven't seen them in Australia. Might be available in the Japanese grocery import places - widely available in 7-Eleven / Family Mart / Lawson

Corowa is both hard to understand and easy to understand at the same time, which is why it so frustrating!
I know nothing about the distillery owners, but like their product.
I have stayed in a fantastic holiday stay in Corowa that clearly advertises that it is LBGT friendly on its listing.
I've eaten at the local kebab restaurant which is owned - unsurprisingly - by immigrants yet filled with people you'd probably put down as ON voters, because they serve banging kebabs.
A town surrounded by farmers who love the kebabs, but don't like the immigrants making them.
A town that doesn't mind the economic benefits of tourism, as long as "they don't hold hands in public".

When I had a BEV (I reluctantly returned it, before later discovering that my VIN was one of approximately 20% of the model subject to a recall - for the fault that caused me to request a refund) the most disappointing thing that I graphed was the decline in SoC while the odometer didn't move. In my case, the SoC declined by approximately 5% per day while parked. Later determined to be due to a bad join in a wiring loom that kept that on-board computer awake detecting things that weren't there. That same dodgy connection resulted in the ADAS periodically 🤷‍♂️ which was the reason I returned it; a 5 * NCAP rating without functioning ADAS isn't 5 *.

Buy some, and separate it into snack size pieces that you can easily separate while still frozen using vegetable bags stolen ^H^H^H^H^H^H borrowed from the supermarket and repurposed as slivers of plastic like used to come between sliced cheese.
A piece of mince roughly the size of a fifty cent coin is an ideal daily snack.
You freeze it all together but the plastic sheets allow you to peel off one little slice, which will rapidly defrost, and can be fed to the stone rearrangers.

Four excellently well put points.
There is little that I could add that would add value to what you wrote, but I will add; one of the reasons that competent (i.e. with domain knowledge) people are having to push back against the force feeding of inappropriate tools is the conflation of the general ML / MV that has been used forever (with increasing success in medical fields) with LLMs, and the FOMO adoption of (largely LLM based) AI in every field.

we just temporarily relocated our spiders for our once a decade window cleaning.
Now we have to deal with the myna birds and rats with wings flying into them for the next few months until they get sufficiently dirty / covered with cobwebs again.
One of the ungrateful fuckers bit me; it took all my resolve not to hand out some corporal punishment.
Was itchy for days, and I kept on vaguely wondering just how long it would take for it to become obvious that it was necrotising fasciitis rather than just an allergic reaction.
I woke up this morning and the itch was gone, and I felt completely back to normal so I ate a couple of flies.

I don't use PiHole, but, until I recently upgraded my OpenWRT router from an aging NetGear to a beefy Flint GL-MT6000, was running AdBlockHome, but I'm assuming same-same.
I'm now running AdBlock (had considered AdBlockLean, but the Flint has enough grunt to easily run Adblock). That's a diversion, but worth pointing out, because AdBlock on OpenWRT is very nice, and nicely avoids your issue.
But, to the answer:
The only thing that I've found works with AdBlockHome is to replicate those local DNS names that I really need to resolve (it turns out not all of them) when I'm on a device that needs to be resolving via PiHole/AdBlockHome to duplicate them: on AdBlockHome it's via DNS rewrites, where I specify the local hostname and IP address.
As I have a pretty static (geddit) list of local devices, it was just a matter of grabbing my DHCP reservations, mangling them into the format used in the config for adblock home as DNS rewrites, and reloading the adblockhome with the new config (which was quicker than entering each one through the UI) - once I'd entered one in the UI to set up the config, I could see the format, and replicate.

decades ago I had an open wound packed with calcium sodium alginate rope - as the name suggests, derived from algae. At the time it was state of the art, designed to slow/prevent granulation to slow healing and thereby reduce / eliminate formation of scar tissue.
It largely worked, but I had a hole in my thigh for months, but the muscle slowly grew back as intended.
I was lucky that I had access to this, was mobile while healing.
It is amazing what medical science can do to help us heal better than evolution which is still trying to get us to simply survive trauma.

I just paid as I forgot to take the default schedule for the smart charger out of DST. It was charging at 7kW during off peak. Cost me 1¢ before I noticed. I will have to dump an additional 66Wh back to the grid this evening during the super peak export window to make up for my error, as well as issue a new TxDefaultProfile transaction 🤣

As someone who started (but dropped out of medicine), and married a critical care nurse, I have more than the average lay person's understanding of the medical system:
Almost everyone is frustrated by the wait time for emergency care, but that is because almost everyone who enters emergency care is not equipped with the knowledge to assess their relative urgency compared to everyone else who has been triaged through the walk in or through the ambulance bay. What has surprised me is when I have thought "this can't wait until Monday, I might need to get some medical attention" it has actually turned out to be more urgent than I expected and I have been rushed through the system (at least faster than I expected).
Similarly, staff who are under time pressure are perceived to be uncaring and rude by some, but rushed to the point of exhaustion by others.
So, as a result, I rate the care perhaps better than others because I expect to wait, but be seen based on need, to receive brief updates when there is news to share or an actual update or plan for care.
But, from appendicitis (and emergency appendectomy), badly sprained ankle with partially avulsed insertion, suspected stroke (was acute amnesia), and a few visits for family, my experience has always been one of excellent care.

OK, a lot to unpack here; I will try to be brief but still hit the key points:
a) Streaky Bay is not representative of the vast majority of the experience for the vast majority of both healthcare providers and patients, but is, unfortunately, representative of the experience for both patients and providers in small remote communities. This isn't an artifact of the funding system per se, but it is seen in similar population density geographies regardless of funding models: healthcare is thin on the ground in remote, sparsely populated areas.
b) GP visit rebates are woefully lagging cost of service provision, so out of pocket costs can be expensive, but, for almost anyone with a complex or chronic illness, care plans are available (even from GPs that would normally charge a fee above the Medicare rebate) that reduces or eliminate the cost.
c) Public hospital specialist waiting lists are variable from reasonable (say three months) to appalling (say three years) depending on the type specialist and the condition and urgency, but emergency care is outstanding, and if you enter through the emergency system, the follow up process is brilliant. I have been (not really un-) lucky enough to experience emergency care and follow-up specialist care several times. It is absolutely brilliant, and, of course, free.
The system is not crumbling, but remains under stress.

Surely this is the sanction response that doesn't cause us harm: if we ever were to receive any #AUKUS subs, they would have been late and over budget, but the likely outcome is that they never would have been received.
We still have the option - should we want nuclear subs, to buy the French subs that were a nuclear design originally, but retro-fitted with diesel electric for us, or buy any other diesel electric sub from anyone else, and get them sooner so they can be deployed and cheaper.

Yeah, those fuckers at the GP started track events at 6:30am this morning to try to beat the rain.
Their official letter said from 9:30am on Sunday, their website said from 7:30am when I checked it on Friday (in other words, they lie in the letter that goes out to local residents and expect them to look at the * to check the website, and then they lie on the website.
You can imagine how pleased I was when things started at six fucking thirty.
But it's quiet now, and F2 is supposed to be on.

It is odd, indeed.
I used to increase the post length with a script for my Docker instance, but the more recently released versions made this impossible in Docker hosted instances due to locked down permissions in the container.
However, Glitch has this built in (you only need to set an environment variable) and keeps up with official releases.

Backup first, of course.
Reports are that you can downgrade as well, if desired.

Have you lost a) your login, b) your password (OK, that's why you've got a YubiKey in the first place - just in case), and c) your adversary can get your YubiKey, tear it down without you noticing, run the attack for perhaps an hour (right now it takes 24 hours), reseal it in a way that you don't notice, put it back on your person, and allow you to go on your merry way

There's a huge potential debate to be had here around the right structure - do you need car parks, or do you need regular peripheral PT (buses, for example) so you obviate the need for (large) car parks peripherally, and can get away with small car parks (and families can be one car or zero car and car-share users peripherally), if you design for it.
Designing for it isn't possible everywhere, of course, and you can't bulldoze and redesign everywhere, either, but every time you do build infrastructure, you can and should be considering exactly what infrastructure you build vs. what rolling infrastructure you deploy, including local buses (both full size and mini) and so on.
Having seen us get it so horribly wrong in new developments in the expanding suburban fringes of Melbourne that a poorly served by any sort of public transport, so much so that households start off as two car households - for both parents, and with adult children remaining at home, become three, four and five car households, there has to be a better way.
Oh, that's right, there are.
Your suggestion is one, but there are others that need less cars, and therefore less car parks, too.

The thing about car parks is that they're almost always next to a load that can consume the generated energy - whether it is fast or slow charging EVs, HVAC for offices, shopping, or even if they're parking for public transport, electrified transport can absorb any generation. No need (in most places - the U.S.A. aside) or local generation and storage for grid resilience) - the grid is the perfect battery for taking generation in one location and delivering it to load either at that location or somewhere nearby.
Now, I accept that in some parts of the third world, including the US, grid resilience is an issue (my tongue is firmly in my cheek, here) but my point is that you should deploy storage where it make economic sense, for the lowest cost solution, not just so you can charge EVs from local solar :)

Is the average "human in the street" going to switch from not buying a car (of any sort - ICE / hybrid / EV) and using public transport to buying a car because of solar PV shaded car parking?
I think that the answer to that question is no.
Will some people choose to drive and park in shade rather than use public transport when previously they would have chosen public transport because they would have had to park in the sun?
Seems implausible but not impossible.
So, unless the car park is allowed to be larger than it otherwise would be, I see only net positive outcomes from solar shade structures for existing car parks.
But fuck town planners that prioritise cars over public transport.
