Now we have to deal with the myna birds and rats with wings flying into them for the next few months until they get sufficiently dirty / covered with cobwebs again.

One of the ungrateful fuckers bit me; it took all my resolve not to hand out some corporal punishment.

Was itchy for days, and I kept on vaguely wondering just how long it would take for it to become obvious that it was necrotising fasciitis rather than just an allergic reaction.
