Je suis étonnement d'accord avec la paduteam sur le coup, c'est dommage, le NPA aurait pu aider à donner une voie de gauche supplémentaire lors des débats, à minima en allier de la FI pour combattre les droitards, mais c'est bien qu'iels continuent à organiser des choses !

About quality, I assume you want translation review by a team of people, this is also something doable with Weblate (Pull Requests is a huge barrier for non dev)
"Small" languages will have challenge to meet this requirement and non speaker won't be able to tell if quality is good enough (egg and chicken challenge)

This is doable buy may have an important management cost. To handle all the updates (from aosp) and all the mechanics.
Commits can be merged by multiple criteria with Weblate (or manually) but reducing the number of commit would mean to track changes by author somehow (same copyright as code).
Translations could also be stored in dedicated repositories (whatever how commits are aggregated).
Translations could go to CDN also (not sure this would be an option to consider).

Instead of arguing why #grapheneos is partially translated, I looked at the website, there is no "contribute" section, neither a "translate" section.
I see at least this red flag to close ticket requesting language support on a PDF viewer: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/PdfViewer/issues/377
If someday it becomes a priority for you @npub1kwa…e0nj I'll be pleased to help you to set up a translator community, with appropriate tooling.

There is no major or minor languages. It may be a racist statement. And for sure you are not like this.
You may want to write:
most spoken languages?
Languages usually 100% translated?
