Gm nostriches, clicked on some Saturday morning podcast listening in bed with a #coffeechain, Jessy Gilger with @nprofile…77ed is a little treat. Hey Jessy, where is your npub?
In moments, becoming accepting of I MAY “have enough”, but I probably don’t have enough Saturdays (whether as a cool dad, or generally) to waste any.
CFA; they couldn’t fee it, so they couldn’t see it. 🫡🙌 well played!
Looking forward to welcoming my mother to visit for the weekend, will get some time with the kids, a bit of pizza dough prep for dinner that everyone can be part of, maybe with a little wine for me and my ma, providing the company she likes while watching strictly! Maybe not my first choice for entertainment, it is spending time and demonstrating to my kids “ first choice.”!
#catstr joining the calm.

Gm nostriches, grabbing some moments to continue walking through 1920’s Germany AND Austria (no one ever mentions their neighbour). Fascinating stuff, a big chunk on papers downloaded to begin exploring that is more depth, with some added scribbles to try and decipher what may have been going on under the surface………. But probably more importantly any markers that help us see similarities with the state of the world today……..
A little fun for the day, maybe head out with the eldest, but a fun message about a biking trip to Switzerland……. Holy shit, it’s like my dream but also a hand grenade thrown into plans that are yet to be even formed by “her in charge”……….
#coffeechain as dark as my reading, my sleep a hell of a lot better than this last week. Second Gm freaks.

Can I take half or maybe a quarter of what she’s taking?

2026-09-22 05:32:48 UTC

Gm nostriches, first two hour lecture in a while, the first quarter of slides took the first hour (turns out I had a bit to say), had to speed up a little in the second half, with a student thanking me for maybe (not in her exact words) building some stoke for the module. Some other people had actually engaged in pre lecture preparation so all good really, but early doors…… now to attempt to maintain it, there are still a few seedwords for them to find and after the fun of yesterday, there is about £60 of motivation waiting for them out there………
Back into prep for later lectures today, hopefully time to listen some classic @nprofile…z5dt podcasts (for my research, obviously) but also maybe venture into a new piece……. They are always talking about debt event horizons (US and UK), but with my new appreciation of Weimar Germany, and the ability to use maths rather than Keynesian dogma, I’m truly interested in “running the numbers” and also testing the logic…….. hyperinflation could be closer than you think my friends.
Work #coffeechain will be on the fancy beans today, after kitchen mageddon cleaning yesterday identified “stuff to be cleared out”, note to self, clean the rolling pin “properly” before putting away. 🤨
Me heading into work after another mini 5% pump. Hey fiat retards, it’s not about the size of your stack, but the fresh perspective you gain to appreciate what we could be heading for. Have a great one freaks.

Ga nostriches. As with previous post been out on the old velo and passed a couple of petrol stations. A few weeks ago, was a little shocked by £1.59 prices for diesel. Today, £1.91, per litre. This is wild and with a quick check, general thought of 3.5% but sounds too low to me. Then Bank of England thinking Q2 inflation should fall to 2.1%. Hopium and cognitive dissonance turned up to 11!!!!
They are doing nothing but attempting to “manage expectations” of people don’t expect inflation they won’t react to it and it begin to accelerate. Unsure of the figures, but such a jump in fuel alone is going to literal add Kerosene to the already embedded above target measures.
Hold onto your hats freaks and make sure you’re not holding too much fiat, it will evaporate so quickly.

Been missing two whites and a blue so much, I thought I’d look back and found a couple from the second 2021 top, when nft’s were a thing!
Also the last time all those shitcoins that are pumping today were doing anything. PSA, they’re all down like 75% against Bitcoin since this. 🫡🙌 @npub1w9d…56ya

Huge argument for sorting your multisig solution with #unchained on @npub1qny…95gx, and turns out @npub1jvz…6c2w likes mountains bikes, why haven’t I already followed him? (or sorted out a meeting with those guys). Hold onto your #bitcoin like they could seize it tomorrow AND it’s already worth what it will be in ten years. https://fountain.fm/episode/Xbp4d54D6l0EINk3Cutz
