The greatest gift from God
Mind-blowing that the most painful feeling—shame—turns out to be the gateway to self-realization. The story of the Fall becomes the story of the birth of self-consciousness, which creates the Ego. As God said, “You will die” if you eat the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil—leading to the birth of judgment, fear of death, and ultimately shame. Yet it was all orchestrated so humans would become self-conscious first, and then realize they are part of God when the fearful Ego dies. It’s genius—magnificent!
I was half laughing, half crying when I realized I was judging my own projected judgment—a hall of mirrors created by God to reveal there is no separate “you.” It was simply part of the evolution of consciousness. It’s so simple, yet so difficult to see.

Art is a kind of innate drive that seizes a human being and makes him its instrument. The artist is not a person endowed with free will who seeks his own ends, but one who allows art to realize its purpose through him. As a human being he may have moods and a will and personal aims, but as an artist he is "man" in a higher sense— he is "collective man"— one who carries and shapes the unconscious, psychic forms of mankind.

People started saying that I’m nuts, a clown, a child
But for the longest time I wanted to become a child again
To see the world as a child and wonder
I know, I know
Bitcoin this, and Trump that, and war and the fed and wef and ai and all of that
But what can I do, really?
If I will see a mushroom cloud while playing in the sun
I’m content

Do you need an innovation for a fork or an axe?
There is nothing to innovate here.

I've always wondered if they really fear God or if they mistook their father's anger and disappointment in his life for God.
It is important not to confuse the Super-ego with God.

Ohhh 😯 nooo
I can’t be subjective without being objective and can’t be objective without being subjective
It’s figure and background all the way down and up, isn’t it?

It’s reality for me
My country has blocked my bank accounts for not paying for mandatory “free” health insurance.
So I used Russian bank and made money -rubles- in Russia, withdrawing euros in atm here.
After the outbreak of the war, the EU blocked the cards of Russian banks.
I'm not trying to whine, I'm just mentioning that for most of the world, access to banking services is limited at best.
But it’s fine. Great even. It’s already so much easier and faster to use bitcoin. Most of the world is going to adopt it much earlier than western countries.
It's poetic. Because of the strength and reliability of Western finance, they will lose on bitcoin adoption.

Yes
Zion app, for example, feels like any other social media app.
The ability to change apps on the fly with nostr IS the message of this technology. I don’t need to understand how nostr works in the background because of this ability. It feels different. I close damus and open plebstr and see the same feed. Then I open irisio on my laptop and see the same thing. Experientially I feel that no one except me controls my identity.
Maybe Zion is better, but it feels like facebook with extra steps. It’s closed garden at best right now.

Instead of AI something like distributed intelligence of the whole 🌍
I have only a vague intuition about this, people = neurons, the emerging order, no one knows the truth, but everyone jointly discovers it.
And nostr is the aether, the fertile soil that underlies this emergence.

postmodernists be like: you can have your own truth, I can have my own truth, everyone has their own truth, it's all subjective, how freeing, how un-authoritarian of me
postmodernists in the real world: not this truth, not that one, you're wrong, you're nazi, punch everyone I disagree with, kill them all for freedom and peace!
It is obvious to me that under the prevailing culture there is a deep fear of the truth, of objectivity (why leftist type kinda hate/fear bitcoin)
But ultimately, this authoritarian trend is antithesis to reality, where there exists an objective truth that individuals must submit to, such as God, the church, the state, academia, and so forth.
A potential synthesis could be the recognition that truth is both subjective and objective. Rather than trying to grasp the truth as a fixed concept, we should embrace the idea that truth is constantly emerging and evolving in the present moment. This perspective requires us to take personal responsibility for our own growth and development, as there is no authority figure to lead us or set boundaries. Our evolution will also impact how we interact with others and technology, similar to how Bitcoin changes our perception of value and money. A protocol like Nostr can help us explore new ways of perceiving concepts like love, acceptance, and authenticity.
We will be forced to find a way to self-regulate on community level without ultimate authority figures. No daddy elon to fix everything. No orange man to save us. It's all on us.

It’s a lot easier to persuade a friend than a stranger on the internet, don’t you agree?
People first strive for belonging, and then they can have fun and play with new ideas in a safe community space.

For a long time, Twitter felt like a giant colosseum. You are either fighting to the death in the arena, or rooting for a massacre as a spectator.
It's okay to have an arena where our ideas can fight, but doing it all the time with each of your opinions and with the whole world is so tiresome.

This is fiat thinking. Just connect with people and zap them if you want to. Don’t wait for someone to figure out exact value of someone else’s contribution. It can’t be done. Only you can do it. So do it.
