From the court decisions, it would only apply to communications from government. Employees can still communicate private opinions.

People troll to keep free speech alive.
The swastika is still in use outside the West in its original meaning.
Perhaps we are the censors here.

The OK sign pre-exists any right-wing usage and was in fact memed into existence as a troll by the altright.

I don't think anyone can trust industry or government with their identity. The internet has to remain anonymous and ideally, disconnected from phones.

I think your rage is at the shareholders, but you misdirect to executives.
Most workers are not worth that much to the business.
Kicking up their pay passes it on down to the consumers... who are then squeezed.

It's also paradoxical. One side says a fetus is a person, the other says not yet.
How to bridge that divide?

You can safely and legally end your pregnancy if you want to.
This is still true, even after the United States Supreme Court voted in June 2022 to overturn Roe vs. Wade — the 1973 case that guaranteed the legal right to abortion.

The eyeball scans measure how much time you spend actually paying attention to something. It's both creepy, and I'd really like to have that data about my own media consumption.
For example, we watched "Insidious 3" last night and I'd estimate that my eyes were on the screen 8% of the time. It's a terrible movie.

Humans will always choose to have more stuff and avoid poverty. The only way to rein in markets is to have a consumer base that also makes moral decisions when it purchases.
