There's a person I actively avoid both online (in a local queer discord) and in-person (I should be able to go to work without worrying). And I get criticized for engaging with them, even though they're the one actively stalking me.
Because when I tell them to stay away from me, they run to people who are mutual acquaintances and say I'm a bully.
If I knew their legal name, I would get a restraining order. That's how bad the stalking has become.
I have no time for creeps.

@nprofile…e8c5 i just have this thing where it’s like yeah we are all part of one community but I don’t like people assuming things about me just because we share an identity. And the people who assume we’re chummy are, often, people that I either do not know at all or actively dislike.
Might be because I’m the business guy and I put on the show of being neutral towards every person I meet? So now people assume I’m their friend when I really just want them to stop talking to me lol.

A lot of people are confused why I did data analytics for my masters so let me explain the path I’m doing, as recommended by a faculty member I trust:
Psych based undergrad business degree —> Data science based grad business degree —> Psych based doctoral business degree
The logic is that doing the data analytics degree in the middle will help me with the PhD in ways that I wouldn’t have learned otherwise and be able to keep up better in the theory classes.
