10 years ago I made the first commit to PLEROMA! It really changed my life, and I hope it was good for you too.
To celebrate I'm releasing a SECURITY UPDATE that you should INSTALL IMMEDIATELY because it fixes a bunch of new CVEs that those evil robots found.

This has nothing to do with pleroma but I also made a discord replacement that uses mumble under the hood, it's the kind of thing you like if you like that kind of thing: kallisti.chat

Not to be outdone by Linux, Pleroma is presenting to you a NEW RELEASE today that you shouldn't miss.
https://pleroma.social/announcements/2026/05/03/pleroma-release-2.10.2/
Update immediately (that includes hakui).

2025-12-31 15:55:34 UTC

Pleroma 2.10 is OUT NOW. Check out the changelog at https://pleroma.social/announcements/2025/12/31/pleroma-release-2.10/. This is a big release, long time in the making, which was derailed by an unfortunate data loss we experienced on gitlab. It also contains a much improved frontend!
This one has a lot of bugfixes and security updates, so update at your convenience.
Thank you for your support, thanks to the contributors for their work and let's make 2026 the best year for Pleroma!
P.S.: The OTP release currently requires ubuntu 24.04 because of an upgraded GLIBC requirement. If you're on an older version, you can look at https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma/-/merge_requests/4415 for a workaround. I'll be working on a fix that will make the release run on older versions again, but if you're installing it right now, keep this in mind.

As we're integrating (and testing) a new frontend release as well, expect this new version to be released next week and not today. thank you for your attention to this matter.

If you're running pleroma and are the admin, can you go to https://$yourinstance.tld/phoenix/live_dashboard/ecto_stats?nav=unused_indexes and send me a screenshot of the results?
