ZeroFives

Ello~ And thanks for checking me out~ I play Dnd, Video Games, Watch Anime, Read Light Novels. Typical things.

I also write Original Fiction, Rarely Fan Fiction, over on AO3. And sometimes will post drabbles on here.

I focus mainly on #NSFW Gay #Shota/#Teens content. With quite a few different kinks. So be sure to check the tags before reading one of my stories. I hope you all enjoy my content out there~

@nprofile…6sqt Yep. Unfortunately. It effects which platforms are willing to federate with Baraag. So anything NFSW has to use the content warning feature. And you can't use it for you PFP or Banner. Doing this allows artists on this platform to show up on more instances.

@nprofile…6sqt Isn't it against the rules to have anything NSFW as you PFP? I think there was an announcement just made about this.

@nprofile…ux9s It's a good idea to boost your stuff. But please Tag stuff. I use the site's filter system to hide art tagged for Loli or Straight content. I also don't follow people who spam untagged loli content on here. Because I don't want my home page spammed with it.
Also. If you tag stuff correctly, it'll show up in searches for those tags on here. Getting it in front of more eyes.
Good luck~

@nprofile…0lv9 It's not counting the Labor cost those 3 devs put into it. A game dev gets over 100k a year for their job. 3 Devs in one year would be over 300k in Labor alone. They choose to donate that labor to their game. That doesn't mean that cost disappears, only that its not being counted. Let's say it takes 3 years to make a game with 3 devs. That's 900k in Labor already.
They donated their Labor. Are you saying that every Indie studio should have their Devs do the same to be counted as indie?

- reply

@nprofile…0lv9 Those budgets are misleading. As the Devs likely went without any kind of pay at all. Meaning, possibly, millions of dollars in man hours not being accounted for in those prices. Or being paid after the fact with the money coming in from the games. Meaning that they just didn't count their dept in those figures.
Those two games, Helldivers 2 and expedition 33, also likely took more than just a few million to develop.
The Development of triple A games is counted in the 100s of Millions.

@nprofile…0lv9 isn't the normal pay for a dev like 100k a year? A small team of devs by itself would easily cost over a million to make a game. All of the fees for the needed software. It adds up. Unless you can convince a team of people to make a game, for you, for free, putting in all that time. Your not getting away with a budget less than a few million. It costs indie devs over 100k just to make a proof of concept for a game. The only ones who could get away with smaller budgets would be solo devs.

@nprofile…0lv9 Doesn't that depend on where the money came from, and if there are strings attached to it? Triple A games usually take something over 100 million to make. On the lower end. So some investor dumping a million or so on an indie as a bet on their game wouldn't be surprising. Of course, I have no idea what indie, or situation, your talking about.

@nprofile…9n4g stoat isn't located in the US. They have a section in there community guidelines listing all the countries whose laws they have to follow. The US isn't listed there. But countries where shota/loli content is illegal are listed there.

@nprofile…9n4g Stoat? I looked into them recently. Shotas/Loli content isn't allowed on there. They have it in their tos that you have to follow the laws of certain countries on the platform. And at least one of those, the kind of content we post on here is 100% illegal. I imagine that's probably why the server is gone?

@nprofile…m30f Maybe its a ploy to get rid of anti-porn laws altogether. With a definition that vague. The Courts are likely to strike it down as unconstitutional. Which could mean striking down the entire law their trying to change with this.
Still. This is worrying. People like them tend to consider two men showing affection for each other as being pornographic. The book bans prove that much. This could be another way to try and ban LGBTQ+ People Altogether.
