I discovered that if I like something here then I go and like it again on Spinster.club, the like here disappears.
No idea what to do about that. So please understand if I get mixed up about where I liked what.
Also I know it's a bit to get used to but I encourage EVERYONE to start posting EVERYTHING over there because right now there are only a few of us posting.
No obligation though. I noticed that MKF fixed some stuff here which is nice but she hasn't said how long she's going to keep this place open and maintained.
Anyhow, what does everyone think?

The original Palestinians? Seems very likely to me. Other sources confirm it. However this knowledge seems to have been suppressed FOR SOME REASON.
Reminds me of how the knowledge that many areas currently held by Muslims were once the old centres of Christendom has also been suppressed.
I noticed the word 'Philistine' being bandied about in older UK TV series and yes, it does mean someone who hates culture and art.

Fortunately it's mostly pretty easy to avoid this kind of shit but oh man is it POPULAR. It gets very annoying after a while.
Couple of days ago I was checking out this beautiful lake in India - virtual Loktak and I happened to cam into one of the buildings I'd never noticed before. There was a naked couple having a shower of course.
People are supposed to stick to adult sims (virtual pieces of land) but most get a thrill out of using moderate sims as well. Dumb and boring.

There are loads of shelters here and yet the problem persists. Wonder why.
Addicts are also often provided with drugs and alcohol - at least until they've been 'weaned off' but even that doesn't do much good. And there are many 'safe injection sites' as well as sites where they will test your drugs BEFORE you take them to be sure they are 'safe'. Also there are free Narcan kits all over the place and loads of people now carry them to stop addicts from overdosing on the streets.
(And recently a bid to stop public drug use on the streets failed to pass. So a lot of bus stop shelters are so loaded with people smoking crack that there is no place to sit down for ordinary commuters! SO WHY do foreign idiots keep demanding to come here and stay longer? Then they vandalize the shelters.)
The bottom line is that even if people are shown they'd be better off changing their dangerously stupid lifestyles, there is little that can convince them.
At the Recovery Cafe, I noticed that people were often supported in their bad habits so what was the incentive except their own desire to change?
Not ALL ADDICTS of course. But there were always some looking for a way to chip, like alcoholics who now can use a drug that allows them to drink, but supposedly stops them from 'getting drunk'. I haven't looked this up so I'm not sure of the details but come on.
As far as alcohol (and cigarettes) is concerned, only total abstinence and avoidance with tons of meetings will work.

Can't wait until they all get raped and have their privates chopped off without 'reconstructive surgery'!
Crowded jails are no excuse. As it is we pay a fortune in taxes to keep them put away. How do we FORCE MEN to do anything about this?

Using terms like 'jumbotron' for a large camera just makes the whole thing sound more idiotic.
After all this shite about women's sports, it just makes me more suspect. I feel badly for the women but I suppose they all need to realise the whole thing was never FAIR because it's basically MEN running the whole show and just trying to look cool having ANY women's sports at all - mostly for the sake of horny men. EW
(Even watching an old TV show like Inspector Morse, men are watching girls playing grass hockey and commenting on what a wonderful invention the "sports skirts" are! GRRRR Nothing girls and women do is EVER innocent according to all the dickheaded men! And now it's far WORSE with MEN insisting that women wear tiny little shorts that look just like colourful underpants. And some women are dumb enough to think this is a GOOD IDEA! Makes them more attractive, doncha know!)
Then these shitheel men can all stand there and go, 'look we're doing something nice for women' while they rip off our heads and ____ down our necks as usual.
Women's sports should be BY AND FOR WOMEN, with men not allowed to interfere at all, just as women don't interfere with men's sports (or anything else for that matter!).
In short, it doesn't really matter what women wear, there will always be men who fetishize it.

Men's lifestyles?
John Thaw (Chief Inspector Morse of the UK whodunnit 'Inspector Morse' which apparently stems from Maurice which means swarthy! [according to a character on the show) was only FORTY-FIVE in 1987 when he started filming this TV series: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0857177/
I wonder if he drank as much irl as he does in the show.
He was pretty dark olive compared to his colleagues and often people with more melanin are less likely to wrinkle.
He died of cancer at age 60 in 2002.
Serious wrinkles at age 45 when I personally (despite massive sun exposure) had almost none. Of course my face and neck WERE already sagging! But my life was sedate compared to the life of an actor. So who knows?
(Definitely NOT my type, whatever that was!)

I seriously DO NOT UNDERSTAND why people are so entranced by Islamassholists.
Even when I didn't realise it was a death cult, I still couldn't understand why people would pick and follow this ridiculous nonsense, almost as idiotic as Mormonism.
And I just HATE this bs that everyone was BORN A MUSLIM and that's why if you CONvert, you're actually REverting.
It is plain retarded to imagine since Muslims don't actually accept REVERTS, they just want to PRETEND they do so they can look like 'good Muslims').
What's really sinister is that we can't use any mean insulting words for them anymore.
It's doubtful this women EVER did anything to support ANYONE, least of all her doormat self. Imagine being stupid enough to fall for a cult that tells you, you're nothing but a piece of shit and your children will die as happy martyrs via suicide bombings. In Islam, only men get rewarded by paradise. Muslim women do not go to 'heaven' as far as I know, even if they raise and kill martyrs.
Here's something even more horrifying from the MI5 based TV series I watched recently. There were at least TWO incidents that involved potential martyrs who'd had bombs SEWN right into their abdominal areas and their hands on a deadman's switch.
Any cult that pushes suicide as a viable option for youngsters and reverts should be banned on SIGHT. WHY WHY WHY has it been promoted so much?
Any speculation will do. I just do not get it.

I forced myself to listen from the point you marked. Webberley is an utter dickhead. Kisin is deliberately obtuse and refuses to understand women's point of view. He's not the least bit objective about this subject. In fact I find him dismissive of KJK and hateful of women in general though he often uses his wife as proof that he loves women like many other retarded men do. He doesn't even understand what a woman is.
I still don't fully understand why KJK refuses to state she's a feminist. I understand the desire not to be categorized and that she's not the same as 'all other feminists' but it comes off as a ploy.
I hate Web and all the idiots like her who totally fail at logic and science. It's unbelievable to me that someone like her could actually become a doctor much less be able to function in the real world. It's foul that she has found a loophole and is still practicing medicine and convincing people they are what they're not based on NOTHING. Hope she dies soon!
Also this BS about transphobia! PLEASE. For the most part they are dickheads. Sure I've met one or two that aren't entirely unpleasant but that doesn't mean I have to respect the entire lot of them, even the nice ones.
I've met a lot of seriously mentally ill people and NONE of them were as dickheaded as trannies. OK well some of them...but if they aren't too bad they soon become worse.

Yep.
They still do it in Thailand with water AND SOAP. But most public toilets are now the sit type. They were often sold terrible plumbing (and other) designs and you generally can't flush any tp down them.
You still see a diagram sometimes for how to use a sit toilet. You have to carry your own toilet paper if you think you might need to go away from home. Otherwise there will likely be someone in front selling small amounts of toilet paper or tissue for a few baht. Some places were like this in Mexico too, buy your toilet paper at the front entrance.
I imagine most squat toilets in Japan have been phased out though. IMHE they always had toilet paper but before that? They now have the most amazing toilets in the world. I liked the ones with the heated seats.
As a kid I remember my farm rellies outhouses, always with a nice big catalogue for wiping.

Truth comes out: how come TV shows KNEW crossdressing men were serial killers in the 90s?
Touching Evil Season 3, episode 1 (1999): the killer was found with heinous violent and bloody graffiti on the walls of his house, wearing the underwear of a woman he had just killed.
Says the undergarments BELONG TO HIM.
Prior to this the police were blaming a mentally ill guy.
When will we catch up to the knowledge we had in the 90's? Mind you, I didn't know any of this then. Thought they were harmless little gay guys.
Funny how they always blame the wrong mentally ill guy and won't accept their own findings - that crossdressing and serial killing of women are inextricably related.

I was very young when my dad, a doctor and coroner had to visit his first such case.
In my early 30s I had to assist a social worker in such a case. It was horrifying - WHILE the attack was actually happening. Even after the man killed most of her children himself she still acted defensive of him. She was like the third of his child brides, all sisters, if I recall. He was a hideous fat disgusting man. She was pretty nice and slim and good-looking and even seemingly relatively sane. She said he'd been walking around with a handgun (illegal in Canada) for at least a month before he decided to kill his family.
Now this is common place around the world. And men cover for other men.

My comment:
"This is a factual statement BUT what is your evidence for 'radical feminists supporting Palestine'. I am a radfem surrounded by other radfems and I don't know a single woman fighting for women's rights who is in favour of ANYTHING related to any kind of Islamists.
"You might be confusing actual radical feminism with the pinheads who believe any choice made by a woman is a good and moral choice. Those are not feminists.

How far can a professional regulator go in punishing the legitimate expression of opinion made outside the workplace?
You may have already heard about Amy Hamm, a mother of two, who was disciplined by her regulator and subsequently lost her job as a registered nurse after more than four years of disciplinary proceedings for expressing legitimate opinions about biological sex and women’s sex-based rights.
It all started in September 2020 when Amy co-sponsored a short-lived Vancouver billboard that simply said “I ♥ JK Rowling.” That act of solidarity with a writer defending women’s sex-based rights triggered complaints to the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives that Amy was transphobic and stoked hate speech against gender-diverse communities.
The College responded with an investigation into public statements that Amy made between 2018 and 2021, resulting in a 332-page report and more than 20 days of disciplinary hearings that stretched over years.
What had Amy done? She stated publicly, while off duty, that there are only two sexes and that women deserve safe, female-only spaces: bathrooms, change rooms, sports, crisis centres, and prisons.
In March 2025, a Disciplinary Panel of the College found Amy guilty of “unprofessional conduct” and in August 2025 ordered her to pay nearly $94,000 in costs to the College and suspended her nursing licence for one month. Those orders have been stayed while her appeal proceeds.
Amy had worked as a registered nurse for 13 years with an unblemished record. No patient ever complained about the care she provided. She was never disciplined for anything related to her clinical work.
Amy Hamm is being punished for telling the truth. Telling the truth is not misconduct.
What’s next?
Amy is asking the Supreme Court of British Columbia to overturn those decisions, arguing that the College’s Disciplinary Panel erred in its interpretation of discriminatory expression, the connection between her comments and the nursing profession, and the protection of freedom of expression under section 2(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
As stated by constitutional lawyer Lisa Bildy, “This appeal raises important questions about the extent to which professional regulators may discipline members for expressing opinions outside of their professional practice.”
The significance of this appeal is further reflected by the number and diversity of organizations seeking permission to intervene in this case. These intervenors are not parties to the appeal. Rather, they seek permission from the Court to make submissions that may assist in resolving the legal issues before it.
The Association for Reformed Political Action Canada (ARPA Canada), the Vancouver Lesbian Collective, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC), Egale Canada, and West Coast Legal Education and Action Fund Association (West Coast LEAF) are all applying to intervene in the case.
Lawyers funded by the Justice Centre have just filed Ms. Hamm’s responses to the proposed intervention applications – supporting some, opposing others.
If granted leave to intervene, the Vancouver Lesbian Collective’s submissions will focus on how the Panel’s conclusions uniquely impact lesbians and chill their ability to advocate in favour of its mandate, including that “sex” is expressly protected by section 15 of the Charter and should mean biological sex, not identity or feelings of identification.
“That five different organizations are applying to intervene in this case suggests there is considerable interest in the outcome of this case, particularly whether regulated professionals are free to express their opinions in public about transgender ideology and other topics of public interest,” said Amy’s lawyer, Lisa Bildy.
“Professional associations like the College, and others that regulate lawyers, teachers, doctors, accountants and other professionals, should focus only on ensuring that professionals are competent and ethical, without policing speech.”
After the BC Supreme Court rules on allowing (or disallowing) various intervenors, the main appeal to the Supreme Court of British Columbia will be heard on November 10, 12 and 13, 2026.

Friends, it's necessary to agree with Conservatives on some things like WOMENS' SPORTS. Please click YES!!
This is from Poilievre:
"We thought this issue was settled.
Canadians spoke up and provinces like Alberta stepped in to protect women’s sports, and the International Olympic Committee has introduced new gender-screening rules for female competition.
But the Liberal Secretary of State for Sport says these rules are “going back in time.”
Once again, the Liberals have it backwards.
Protecting fairness in women’s sports is not going back in time.
Pierre Poilievre has been clear: “Female spaces should be exclusively for females, not for biological males.”
Now we want to know what you think.
Do you agree that female sports should be exclusively for females, not biological males?

Good thing they don't have the death penalty in the UK. Death is too good for him. If he ever actually gets to prison, how long will he last unless they put him in with the other pedos in a nice safe place?

Oh I'm sure this will 'cure' all the depressed people in the world!
A new friend (28) and I were talking about the use of psychs some people believe will make it all better. After one or two tries, we realised it was a fucking scam.
Most people just aren't all that perceptive I guess. I think about all the millions (billions) including myself who got conned into believing ANY 'anti-depressant' 'works' despite there being literally NO EVIDENCE of it!
And how so many of now experience the toxic effects of these forever chemicals?
But people won't even listen about teflon and other toxic non-stick surfaces, forgetting that they are some kind of poisonous oil by-products. And they just adore their scented products which they believe are so cheap. (Unscented dish soap makes a great shampoo and is a third or less the price of most shampoos. I do notice more and more people turning away from using soaps of any kind.)
After all cast iron and steel cookware is just SO HEAVY and hard to clean properly.

But apparently men get sick of waiting for someone to DO SOMETHING about the thing they hate and then go - hey I'm just going to drive my car into them.
We still never found out the true motivation of the guy who drove into a Filipino festival here last year, just 'mental illness'.
This will not 'teach the queers a lesson'.

Now I really wish that SecondLife was still entertaining so that I didn't feel compelled to fill my time with the freaking news cycles! And now my friends keep teasing me about getting a third life!

I also blame the Old Testament. I was appalled to find out just last night that the son I gave up for adoption to the nice Christian couple was beaten with BELTS by his lovely (actually a very nice guy) super duper Christian adopted DAD. He beat his older adopted son as well.
And of course my own dad, a lovely Christian fellow, beat my brother quite constantly and secretly. I didn't find this out until I was long away from home and my dad was dead. And of course my own dad was severely beaten by his nice Christian dad.
Gee thanks Christianity. What a lovely cult you are.
Of course my son 'was' a super nice guy. Last night I just found out he was screwing around on his partner from only a few years into their 13 year relationship. She held on because she loved him so much and he was 'such a nice hard working guy'.

We know all of these nonsense ideas proliferating in 'modern' society are going to destroy us but we can only change our own lives.
As it becomes harder and harder for me to do anything constructive, I DO rely on big box sellers like fucking Amazon for a lot of stuff. First I try and find the thing in my local neighbourhood and if it's going to take more than a short taxi ride, I have to veto it and find it online.
Bras, shoes (in my sizes) and many other things can now only be found online. BC simply doesn't have a big enough customer base to support many shops these days.
And I've never been all that healthy so most forms of heavy 'enjoyable' physical work are impossible now.

Good News From WOLF - of course the courts are always slightly inadequate! ARGH
Women's Liberation Front
The Latest News From the Front Lines of Feminism
Dear Lxxxx
SCOTUS ruled that states can ban all male athletes from female student athletics, without exceptions for those who identify as transgender.
The Court ruled unanimously that Title IX allows states to pass laws like the laws challenged in this case in West Virginia and Idaho. This is consistent with decades of precedent allowing states to make categorical bans, without exceptions for specific male athletes or categories of male athletes. The decision confirms that states do not need to carve out an exception for male athletes who identify as transgender.
6–3: The Court split on the constitutional question, with the majority holding that the laws do not violate the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.
As welcome as this news is, there are critical issues that this decision leaves unresolved. We now know that states can ban boys and men from girls’ and women’s sports, but SCOTUS did not rule on whether states are required under Title IX to do so. This leaves female student athletes vulnerable in any state that doesn’t have a law on the books that explicitly limits eligibility by sex.
We had also hoped that the case would resolve the question of whether “transgender identity” or “transgender status” constitutes a protected class under the Constitution. Such a ruling would have an expansive impact on the legal fight for women’s sex-based rights, but unfortunately that question remains unexamined and unaddressed.
The Supreme Court ruled that Title IX allows states to restrict girls’ and women’s sports to only female student-athletes.
Join the WoLF legal team and WoLF Founder Lierre Keith this Thursday, July 2nd, at 7:00pm Eastern for a webinar to discuss what this means, what this doesn’t mean, and what comes next in the fight for women’s sex-based rights.

Here's another thing women warned and warned against and as usual were ignored: https://www.thefp.com/p/larry-sanger-wikipedia-co-founder-banned
"For example: Rising anti-Zionism in leftist circles means pro-Israel views are disfavored, while pro-Iranian regime sentiments are permitted to spread. Many confessional Christian sources have been disallowed due to the tacit prioritization of secularism in Wikipedia’s principle of neutrality. Hindu organizations have been censored and smeared. And American political topics—about politicians as well as issues like
abortion, illegal immigration, and transgenderism
—are covered from a broadly progressive-left perspective: The Republican Party, for instance, is classified as being on the “right-wing to far-right” of the political spectrum. And the Democratic Party? “Center to center-left.”"

I have no doubt that my landlords (the police don't deal with noise complaints anymore) are also watching and wouldn't give a shit that people are partying in their tiny apartment backyards lately.
EW.
So imagine me going outside (the crazy weird old lady) and asking them (predominantly Spanish speakers) if they could fucking keep it down once in a while.
Also they insist on having a lot of barbecues and the smoke blows directly into my apartment, even though they moved it away from the mutual fence.
I wonder what it would be like if I got a large MAN to tell them to STFU!?!?!?!
Good news is, it's mostly loud talking, they don't usually play music. Anyhow it's a billion times better than moving into an old folks' home so I have to put up with it.

Three PAGES of petitions demanding PM Mark Carney of Canada be removed: sign or don't - anyone can - but I don't see them as being any use at all.
The actual legal process of having an elected official recalled is quite onerous. I worked on a campaign for the recall of one of the most horrible premiers of BC (Gordon Campbell who famously fired a ton of teachers and social workers because no one needs them - this included both myself and my sister - around 2002-3) and it was a specular failure despite a massive amount of effort.

I do love Masterpiece Theatre and BBC productions in general. It's pathetic we barely have any local filmmaking being done here. It's cheaper to film here than in the USA (weirdly, supposedly) so a lot of American stuff is filmed here but they always pretend they're in some American place instead of giving Canada the credit.
The fedgov probably subsidises them or something. There's always something being filmed in Canuckistan.
