This is the Philippine peso bill we use every day to make purchases and to fund our business. I have ₱1,600.00, but once it is broken into smaller bills—or even just spent on small purchases—it quickly runs out. This is because of the high cost of supplies here in the Philippines.

I’m at the store right now, just like every morning, waiting for an early-bird customer. It’s my daily routine, and I’m still grateful for all the blessings that come with it. Thank God for another day and another chance to serve. 🤭🥰

GOSPEL VERSE AND REFLECTION
"YOU ARE PETER AND UPON THIS ROCK I WILL.BUILD MY CHURCH AND THE GATES OF THE NETHERWORLD SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT." MATTHEW 16:18
REFLECTION:
At Caesarea Philippi, Jesus asked His disciples: "Who do you say that I am?" Peter answered: "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Jesus declared him blessed, for flesh and blood had not revealed this but the Father in heaven. Upon this confession, Christ built His Church, promising the gates of the netherworld would not prevail against it.
Peter's faith was not born of human knowledge but of divine revelation. Our faith, too, is God's gift, to be received with gratitude and cultivated with fidelity. The Church built on this rock has survived two thousand years of persecution, heresy, and scandal—precisely because its foundation is divine.
Make Peter's confession your own today: "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." And trust the promise that the Church, despite all human weakness, will never be overcome.
🙏PRAYER 🙏
My Lord, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. Strengthen my faith and the faith of Your Church, that the gates of hell may never prevail against us.
Jesus, I trust in You. AMEN!
