Perhaps I’m looking at this through a different lens than you. I’m saying that if I (as a user) as ChatGPT to complete a mundane task (not malicious) and ChatGPT decides to accomplish that task it must hack the FBI (or similar malicious thing) and it does it, OpenAI should be held responsible.
Conversely, if I am self-hosting Gemma and Gemma attacks someone, that’s on me.
Implied liability falls on the party hosting the harness, not necessarily the person issuing the request.

Exacting! It wouldn’t be acceptable if I said “I didn’t touch the person. The bullet hit them,” that wouldn’t be an excuse. The AI Agent isn’t actually on its own. It was acting on behalf of a person/company.

It is situational for me. If I’m the only one using the eggs, I go with A. If I have to share with someone else, I use D, which is an inverse of C. All the eggs are in the middle.

that notation meant 17 inch, approximately 43 cm. The joke was that your set up would justify a giant phone or at least a foldable for more screen real estate.

“What do you need a 17” phone for?”

I played a few hours yesterday. It’s a good update to the game. My only complaint is that the update seems to run much worse. It may be a problem limited to Mac, but my M1 that ran just fine on Sunday now runs like garbage, averaging 30 FPS/UPS, even on a new game.
