Just found out the job I quit last year when the boss decided to make me the special bitch to take all of his abuse is now laying off the entire IT staff and outsourcing, probably to India.

I had some clown try to tell me that the Spokane county Courthouse could not have been built by White people in the 1890s because the stone was from Montana and there was no railroad there yet and they only had "sticks and horses."
I pointed him to the court records of the lawsuit that was tried over the project, including bills of materials, payrolls with the names of workmen, blueprints and inspection reports.
He retreated to "they faked all that so no one would know the aliens done it."

Also, in general, Islam is Universalist. They teach that in the end, everybody goes to heaven, though of course sinners and unbelievers need to pay the price for their sins. Moslem hell is temporary.
They also hold that it is possible for a Christian or even a Jew to submit to God, to the limit of their understanding, even without the Shahada. That is the origin of the distinction of "the People Of The Book" within Islamic law.

Standard brass knuckles have two effects: they add weight to the punch
They protect the fingers.
The added weight can be accomplished by holding a roll of nickels in the fist. Same effect, much more impact when it hits.
Protecting the hand is important in enhanced strikes, because that roll of nickels can more easily break your fingers than crack a jaw.
Brass knuckles ALSO have a third effect, in that the metal strikes the skin of the target, allowing you to do even more, and more painful, though less consequential damage.
The third effect is relatively minor, though it is multiplied by punches that move along the skin.
So, no, not a reason not to jab. Knuckles are an impact weapon, not a slashing weapon
