TIL garden eels (long fish that live in holes in the sand) reproduce via a dance competition. Nearby males wiggle enticingly and the female *points* at the "winner' she has selected to fertilize her eggs.
"You! You've got the moves."
The NYC Club Scene method, basically.

I'm at my FIL's house cleaning his time-capsule bathroom before the remodel company arrives to give us a bid...
My MIL's been gone for 25 years, but one of her old tchotchkes started "singing" 'somewhere over the rainbow' when I picked it up. 😭

This is a long shot, but if anyone has a recommendation for general contractors that do bathroom accessibility remodels in Pierce County, WA, I'd love a referral or two.
I've reached out to a few folks already, but it's always nice to get a personal recommendation.

The longer I go without driving, the more I feel like Jessica Fletcher. I'm constantly arriving places by bus, Lyft, and rail, wearing sensible shoes, carrying a notebook.
I'll leave driving to the experts.

Runners who run most days of the week, do you run the same distance every day? Or do you mix longer runs and short ones?
I'm thinking of going from 3 days to 5, and I'm not sure what that should look like.

#Washington state recommends using a drop box if you haven't already mailed your ballot for the Nov 4th election. Why? US Postal Service is changing rules, making it harder for mail in ballots to be counted, even if placed in a mailbox on time. 🚨

Maybe try to schedule your flu shot when you have an easy day to recover. It's all good, but I'm achy and nappish, just like last time.
I always forget.
