Interesting, been carnivore for 3 years. Felt like superman for first 6 months, then a new normal since. Really miss superman! I too have experimented but haven't really tried more fat. 80/20 burgers are a regular for me. Maybe that's not enough. Thanks for sharing!

As a small business owner in my mid 40s the productivity gains and abilities its given me are incredible. This morning, in a few hours I coded things that would have taken me months. They make us more efficient and cut down on material waste.
My hope is that the increased productivity can makeup for the massive inefficiencies caused by the state. We may have a shot at a better world. My fear is you are right, 4th turning.

Or they should be seen as relays in note that we can click to add. Links work but I don't think relays do.

Running a html version on my synology nas with tailscale in a container. Had chatgpt throw it together. Pretty simple. If you have a way to self host DM me an email and I can send you the files. Its just miles but would be simple to setup for expenses. Exports miles to cover. Had hoped @start9 would make this easier but seems stalled on clearnet.

I struggle with this one too. I think sitting still and focusing on what is being taught is not only respectful but to the child's benefit from a focus standpoint.
Ultimately, they need to learn to be still and be perceived to be focused completely on the speaker if they will ever have a real job.
Your not alone, but I don't think sending them to a school is the answer. A 7 year old can learn to be still later. As long as she is learning at pace with peers the other benefits of homeschool out weigh this issue.

Basic tools
Water,
lug wrench (it amazes me how many people with trailers don't have a lug wrench that fits)
jack
Blanket to lay on road if changing tire (asphalt gets hot)
Tire plug kit
Code reader/reset tool. If you get a check engine light/reduced engine power this is really nice. It has saved me from tows multiple times. It has also let me help others.
Medical kit
That's just the things I seem to use.

The struggle I have always had is sifting thru the "we do websites people" that are nothing more the template fillers. Getting someone that really knows their stuff is difficult. I have thought if you could really provide a turnkey from site to seo you could do really well with niche businesses. Focus on one trade and build sites for them across the country. What works for a gutter company in Montana works for a gutter company in Colorado. However a gutter company has a different market approach than a auto repair outfit. There are a lot less Gutter conpanies in an city.

A good charity looks to fix the problem and try to help rather then enable people who are making poor decisions. For all you know every penny they get goes to drugs and your food enables them to continue a little longer.

I am not sure of the heartsaver vs ct. I know my doctor said 300's he would be worried. Zero was awesome. We had to get a prescription but were able to get the test for a cash special of 99 dollars.
Recently I have experimented with some flour and lard Tortillas to see if I could get the numbers down. No luck. Funny thing is when I was eating burgers and fries my numbers were better.
