@nprofile…2p3w Here's the set I'm currently printing. I'm doing 9 at a time by-object, but the first is done and it looks very clean! Hopefully the raft and supports don't add noticeable witness marks to the leading edge. I'll find out this evening.

@nprofile…2p3w Yeah, just grabbed this set on Printables. The pre-supported ones I linked to you earlier turned out to have too little grip to stay on the switches without wobbling everywhere, and I think they may expect the square "dust cover" style MX switches that would add extra support to the stem. I did find out eventually that I can get them to slice almost identically (though still some height differences) by enabling 1 raft layer in Bambu Studio... which I needed anyway to print the smaller 1U caps without the nozzle ripping them off the build plate. 😅

Interesting... went on a wild tear seeking out and #3DPrinting some #keyboard key caps after @nprofile…2p3w piqued my interest. I've been jumping back and forth between OrcaSlicer and BambuStudio (which should share their *immediate* common ancestor code base), and the support generation algorithm(s) seem to be different. Not just a little different, mind you, but different enough that in OrcaSlicer, the entire bottom edge of this 1U homing key model has snug supports around it while Bambu Studio only adds supports to the stem and a small portion of the roof of the dome.
For once, I prefer Bambu Studio's output. 🤷

@nprofile…2p3w @nprofile…ksy3 The longest look to be "2U" (the width of 2 square units) key caps, and the profile (shape of the key cap, sometimes different per row within an individual standard) is "DSA". I'm not sure if your original caps are flat on top or curved inward a bit (convex), but that's another property to look out for.
Here's another decent-looking set with various sizes that includes supports already in the design so that they print at an angle for good overall strength and surface finish: https://www.printables.com/model/403367-pre-supported-blank-dsa-keycaps
That said, the GitHub link in your post looks good, too.

@nprofile…2pms Oh, shit! Haven't thought about ATR for a hot minute. They were a defining feature of my teenage years.
