Christians say not to practice witch craft or astrology but celebrate the resurrection of a dead guy on the Sunday after the first full moon of the equinox and then they drink wine & bread as his blood and body and incant over their animal sacrifices before they feast.

At a previous job. someone got the idea that the "Off" or grey ones have the text "on" in the space (to the right of the circle). and the blue or green has the word "Off" (to the left of the circle)
To indicate the action the user wants to do. not its current state.
That took about a week and 20+ peoples time to sort out. 🤦‍♂️ 😵‍💫

im curious whats missing for your use case.
For me, designing/printing stickers, and web work. it I've not come across anything that i cant do in Affinity.
I guess if you need to open PS files from others daily, I do miss some of Photoshops scientific/engineering features like measuring tools and scale.

2026-01-23 14:33:51 UTC

Affinity is now free and apart from some edge cases, provides most of Photoshop and Illustrators features.
There is word they are working on a linux version as well.
There is almost no reason, except for lack of understanding, and a false belief of "industry standard" to stick with Adobe.
