I'm not 100% sure, but it's possible I have some 4:3 VGA monitors stashed at the QE as well. I could take a look next week.

Does it have to be 4:3? I stashed those two old monitors of yours from EMF in the cellar of the QE if you would like either of them back...

When I first started using it, "emacs" supposedly stood for "eight megabytes and constantly swapping"
It's not eight megabytes any more... but a gigabyte download for PyCharm is ludicrous!

I like how the lens makes the tracks look implausibly curvy!

@npub1sv0…rq9x Do you ever encounter situations where the service availability checker is wrong?
For example, your broadband availability checker says there is FTTP at my new premises (CB24 9JB, 2 Glebe Way) and offers to let me take over the service, but I can't find a fibre or an ONT on site anywhere! All I can see is a phone line with an openreach VDSL modem on it.
I'd love to order a FTTP service but I don't want to waste time having the order bounced if it's not actually available...

That is useful, thank you.
I was just about to say that I used Mythic and A&A for testing because they are the two IPv6 connections I have access to. Then I remembered I also have connections via Zen!
Testing from Zen appears to work normally.
I'll pass this on to giganet support, although at this point I have no idea if or when I might receive a reply.

Seeing some strange IPv6 connectivity issues with GigaNet at the Haymakers in the last few days.
Eg. from @npub1wy5…64vc we can't ping any IPv6 address on our GigaNet connection but we can ssh to it.
From @npub1sv0…rq9x we can't ping OR ssh to any IPv6 address there.
(Eg. testing with icarus.haymakers.individualpubs.co.uk)
@npub1wy5…64vc — has the connection seemed strange from the Haymakers recently? We haven't changed our configuration since the line was installed a year ago.
