twitter wants to get into payments. this requires submitting lots of documents to states - public documents. it turns out twitter is losing money hand over fist as advertisers leave - "generated $1.48 billion in revenue in the first six months of 2023, down almost 40% from the same period in 2022, before Musk bought the company. It lost $456 million in the first quarter of 2023." https://archive.ph/M3aMT

playing "welcome to the pleasure dome" again after like 39 years. bloated excess at the time and it hasn't improved with age. should have been a 40-minute single LP and not a 64-minute double. i should not be thinking "yes yes get on with it."
cut "Pleasuredome" down to a tight 8 minutes. record 2 is basically surplus, fold in the least worst tracks. done.
god you can tell they had totally run out of ideas by side four and they still only managed 64 minutes. what is this "the only star in heaven" shit, jfc holly
