I'm really quite surprised that CrowdSupply actually published this brutal (but quite accurate) takedown of their and Mouser's performance! 🫢

I would have expected to see this on a blog or separate website, but as a project update on crowdsupply.com it's quite astonishing.

Oops. I wish that when I had copied a symbol to make a new part in #KiCad, and then proceeded to forget to update the pinout, that I had at least used a symbol that had the pinout that 95% of the SOT23-5 buck converters on the market seem to use. But no, of course I copied the symbol with a pinout that only a few chips even used. And those are all asynchronous buck converters. 🙄

Of course, you are free to use any #dev environment you want, but you will likely have to roll the networked access yourself. 😅
I'm looking into #arduino, #espidf and #esphome support at the minimum. Any other #software #support you would like to see?

Another thing I'm a big fan of is MicroPython! ManT1S will ship with an OTA-capable #MicroPython runtime pre-installed, with WebREPL enabled out of the box. This means that you can load files and get a console over the network when you use the ManT1S-Bridge! It's hard to beat the convenience of connecting your device, popping into a #shell and interactively playing with the #hardware to get started.
