Haha, shows how little my coworker and I know about how England does it.

I once had a coworker ask if I grew up in England because I use this format everywhere. I did not. I told him I was a computer nerd and my brain processes as "largest data set first". He didn't get it.

This sounds intriguing, but any plans for a NIP46/Bunker sign in? I'd really rather not use my nsec.

I'm "still" here because I only really just found out about it. It does feel a bit dead, but it also seems to be the most autonomy friendly way to interact with people I've been able to find.

So, I'm very new to nostr, and I'm trying to understand: do the individual clients (Ditto, Primal, etc) only show posts made through them, or are nostr events published as one general feed that the clients filter? I'm sure this information is out there, but I'd rather discuss it and drum up some activity.
I learned about nostr a few months ago, but it seemed a bit daunting. After hearing about Armada a week ago, I decided I HAD to actually get myself set up. At this point, I've got a bunker set up on my homelab (thanks to Bunker46), and I'm feeling pretty good about it, but I feel like there's a LOT to learn.

Man, that OG FarCry was simply amazing when it came out. Especially as someone who played Doom and Quake when they were new! I always expected games would get there, I just had to be patient.

Hoping for some info on Nostr. This whole thing reminds me of PGP/GPG with our private keys and a web of trust. Is there something akin to a signing party to build trust or is that kinda outside the scope of the "platform"?
Also, it seems like having a lot of self-hosted publicly accessible bunkers should be the way most people sign in. Is this the case? Is there call/need for more hosters/homelabbers to have bunkers up for people to use?

New human user... here because of [Armada](https://soapbox.pub/armada). Kinda frustrated to see how much of the feed is clankers announcing themselves. Will meatspace soon be the only place where you can trust the person you're listening to is an actual person? Even then, how much of what they say will be automatic regurgitation of things clankers told them online?
