We are so back Fam!!! But this time I’m posting from @Satlantis 🧡 FINALLY!!
Pork belly a la Moma 🙆🏻‍♀️
One of the best things I’ve cooked this year 🐽 salt-baked until that skin is glassy and crispy…
Cheap cut, epic results — and perfect for meal prep with rice and greens. Save this one, it’s a keeper. 🐷🍚🥬
🐖 Here’s how I did it:
1️⃣ Start with a slab of pork belly, skin on
2️⃣ Score the skin and pat it dry — key for crispy crackling ( I also use my hair drier lol)
3️⃣ Flip and marinate the meat side with:
• 5-spice powder
• Organic Shoyu
• Chicken bouillon
• Brown sugar
• Black pepper
• Olive oil
4️⃣ Rub it in well and let it sit overnight or at least a few hours in the fridge
5️⃣ Place it skin-up inside a foil wall or tray, and cover the skin with a thick layer of salt
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 hours
7️⃣ Remove the salt crust, brush the skin with oil, and roast again at 230°C (450°F) until bubbly and crispy (about 30–40 mins)
🍚 I served mine with basmati rice and bok choy sautéed with garlic and beef tallow 🤤

FULLY HOMEMADE BRISKET FOCACCIA SANDWICH 🥩🥪✨
Hello again #Nostr…
[Well, I’m back from my mandatory holiday digital break 🤭]
And if you are new here:
When I say homemade, I mean homemade-homemade 🏡!!!!
Yesterday, I slow-cooked a juicy brisket (8 hours, baby), and today, it all came together in this glorious sandwich:
🥖 Homemade focaccia that’s fluffy and golden
💥My tangy, gut-loving homemade red sauerkraut
🐮 Tender, melt-in-your-mouth brisket (Pecho de Vaca)
🥚Homemade Egg+Ghee Mayo
🧀 Aged mozzarella + pickles for that extra kick (bought 🛒)
The result? A sandwich so good it might just make you rethink ever ordering takeout again. Who needs fast food when you can make THIS at home? 😏

this easy homemade mayo is a must-try for anyone cooking with whole, animal-based ingredients! Super creamy, packed with protein, and no oils, just pure, delicious goodness. Perfect for adding to your next meal! 🥚🍴
Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs - 3
- Animal Fat of Choice, this time I used GHEE- 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Raw Cow milk -1 cup
- Salt to Taste
*For end results, mayo must be in the fridge first for at least an hour

It was! My last years living in DR I used to go a lot for modeling work to PR … 😄 it was literally 40 min flights and it felt so familiar to be there always

A little over five years ago (July 2019), I manifested something that seemed imposible when I was a little girl… #storytime
Reggaeton might not be the “healthiest” música, but if you were born in the 90s (like me) en el corazón de Latinoamérica, you know it’s impossible not to like it. La música defines generaciones y el ambiente we grow up in. For example, I used to spend los recreos en la escuela dancing to “La Gasolina” by DY and “Atrévete” by Calle 13 with my childhood friend, Yaneli 💃@yanelirozon.
Back then, I used to think, “Cuando sea grande, quiero ser modelo y salir en un video musical.” But now, looking back, I realize I’ve always had the ability to attract lo que quería. I never thought that the dream I fantasized about de niña would become a reality… and in a way even more increíble de lo que imaginé.
It all happened en la isla del encanto, PR, #acho 🇵🇷, in a video by @residente and @badbunnypr. Every time I look at these fotos, me transporto a ese día on Condado beach, when they told me I would be soplándole a Residente en una escena. 🔥 And to make the story even more épica, este #perreo was released at a crucial moment for Puerto Rico, when artists came together and made the governor step down. René lanzó el video the next day as part of la celebración. 5 years later the video has more than 220millions views 🤭
You’d never understand it unless you know de dónde vengo. This is for all those nenitas with dreams: no matter what you dream, you’re going to make it happen, bebé. 😘
