Most of my questions are asked in frustration of things I see but is coming from a genuine place.
I wasn’t thinking of accessibility when I set out to write the post. I was thinking that there may be something that someone wants, but it isn’t for everyone.
That just because you, the individual, can’t justify it doesn’t mean that someone else can and might actually appreciate its existence.

I don’t understand the question “Who was <insert product here> made for?”.
Like, even if the group of people is small, maybe, to some people the reason is justified.
If it wasn’t made for you, just say that. But, I can see why people won’t do that…

I just had a huge epiphany when I got home from work.
The only reason why police "protect" the people is because their protecting ruling class property.
Just like police would sooner protect a store than give you the things you need during a crisis, you are only as useful as the labor you produce and its in the ruling class' best interest to make sure their investment is protected.
Once you are no longer useful, the protection goes away.
One you threaten capital, they turn the guns on you.

We talk about how China is beefing with Taiwan when we have hundreds of military bases all over the world.

South Africa (+/-)
Venezuela
Cuba
Haiti
Iran
You know, most countries the US is beefing with because they dare actually to not bend the knee to corporate interests.

🕊11 years after her death, we remember Sandra Bland, and recommit ourselves to the fight for justice and for an entirely new system, free of racist police brutality!
Bland was a Black Lives Matter activist and vocal advocate against injustice. In July 2015, Bland was pulled over by a Texas state trooper for failing to signal a lane change. She was taken into custody at Waller County Jail, and three days after her arrest, was supposedly found hanging in her cell.

Which, again, means that its state run.
Either your state is for the people or it isn't.
Now, how Western societies decide to define that isn't up to me as an individual.
But, if funded by public funds and is supposed to serve the public good, I'd say that it is state run if the state is also supposed to serve the people.
But, if the state isn't, there is a fundamental disconnect. And I'd argue institutions like the BBC AREN'T in the public's best interest. See: Gaza.

I don’t really see what’s the problem with the current setup that exists.
I have several child accounts on my consoles for my son and I have to explicitly approve what he can play, what he can purchase (if I allow him to do that), and how he interacts online.
However, I can see that failing on the other hand by watching how my wife interacts with that same system on his iPad.
We have to do better even though I understand that’s a tall order given our current system.
