my brother works in lighting, he tells me PoE luminaires are a new hotness. serviceability by low voltage techs is a big selling point

the past few months i have been adjusting it according to my cycle tracker. i.e. i take the regular dose most of the time, and adjust it upwards for a week ish after "ovulation", back down when i start to feel bad.
the result has been, subjectively, very good overall.

I feel like the "should i cycle progesterone dosage or not" misses something.
for a while i tried cycling it on a calendar basis: low dose most of the time, 22-ish to end of month higher dose.
the result was dysphoric and bitchy.

i was talking to my mother the other day and she mentioned that in the 60s there was this mania for everything new and plastic. old things, materials, methods were *deeply* unfashionable.

because they arent installed surgically, they grow in over time guided by hormone gradients. dentition is one of the aspects of vaginoplasty that the body takes care of innately. the literature could be clearer though. sigh.

relay logic was very much ad-hoc tinkering until formalised at bell labs starting in the 1930s. without the functional mathematics, their designs were chaotic.

Each frame contained 492 lines of about 420 bits each, 0s written as a black-clear pattern, and 1s as a clear-black (using Manchester encoding). In total each chip held about 6.6 megabits.

[tech suggestion request, boosts welcome] i am looking for an ereader capable of handling a4-size pdfs. i am ok with optical reduction to a5 if the pixels are sufficient.
i deal with very complex technical documents, up to maybe ten thousand pages in one pdf. frequently during a project i will need to flip between three or four locations, and refer to a few dozen consecutive pages around each.
i need to mark them up by hand. currently my workflow involves a lot of printing.

similarly, languages that require boilerplate, encourage use of tools that are good at generating and consuming boilerplate. the example that comes to mind is java & eclipse.
