I think the problem doesn't lie solely with politicians. The common man, deprived of his individual cultural freedom, his privacy, and transformed from a citizen into a mere consumer, cannot help but perceive diversity as an invader. It's a question of the intelligence of the human animal. Politicians then befriend this kind of uncontrolled feeling in order to gain consensus.

Was there no reason to worry then? And perhaps there's no reason to worry today? Bob certainly should have worried a lot about himself, and I don't know if he would have had enough. Constantly taking an anesthetic to combat the pain life brings isn't a solution to human problems. But who didn't love Bob and his music?

Representative democracy has its problems. It's a bit simplistic to think that choosing between two leaders every 4 years can truly be a democracy...

In my opinion they don't stop by blocking purchases. At least not while they receive anti-recession subsidies.

I just wonder what level of perfidiousness the right-wingers would be willing to go to regain power once the Greens took over the country, and what their actions would be...

To prevent them from polarizing this electorate, people should be helped to increase their cultural perception of the world and society, even outside the political sphere. I don't know if the center-left has the necessary tools to act in this sense.

This confirms the thesis that right-wing voters are occasional voters and not active participants in their political movements. They are people easily influenced by their hate speech, by subliminal media messages, and by evidence of the presence of foreigners in our societies.

I fear we're in that terminal stage of human intelligence degeneration where things only touch us when experienced firsthand. But then it's too late, and we're stuck in the human indifference we've created ourselves..

The Beatles were magical for this: they made their listeners, many, feel a common feeling. Thus, the suffering was shared. Listening to Yesterday was like accessing a shared passion.

Maybe not in this case. But I played a game for a long time that asked each week, through pictures about construction details, what the game was about, and with this method I was almost always among the first to guess correctly.

Well, in these cases it's really effective and puts enormous analytical power in the hands of the user. We mustn't forget that this is a truly democratic process; previously, only larger entities were capable of doing this.

Sometimes certain matters need to be handled by the justice system, in a timely manner. If this doesn't happen and the point of no return is passed, organized crime takes over and becomes the state. At that point, it's no longer a matter of political opinion: at that point, it's a matter of survival for the majority.

Privatization has more to do with the need to eliminate a collectivist service system than with the mere benefit of making a specific service private. It is an operation based on the residue of historical social struggles, aimed at restoring the old social classes with their indisputable social injustices.

I don't think the world cares much what kind of state a country is or is becoming internally. Everyone has their own problems. Of course, if I were a school principal, I wouldn't lower the flag for the murder of a simple fellow citizen if I didn't have to do it for everyone else. It makes no sense to choose whether to do so based on their political affiliation.

Plato argues that politics in the polis should be conducted by philosopher-kings – individuals who possess wisdom, knowledge of the Forms, and a love for the Good. These philosopher-kings are uniquely qualified to govern because their reason is dominant over their impulses and desires, allowing them to pursue the true common good of the city. This elite group, selected through a rigorous education system is the only path to a just and stable state

The problem is that by bankrupting a large country, a few individuals can become immensely rich. Perhaps politics should be populated exclusively by people free of any private interests.

The game is simple to understand, in every country: detonate from within, due to inefficiency and underfunding, every public health service and force the sheep to submit to private healthcare. Not so much for a matter of vile money, but for a matter of sorting future generations.

In the late 1980s, a ruling class emerged in the Balkans that seized power in the name of nationalistic and fascist aspirations, promoting ideas of ethnic cleansing and cultural domination. They were obviously incompetent in every respect and pretended to know something they didn't have. The price for allowing them to come to power was the destruction of the country and hundreds of thousands of deaths.

The narrative that private medicine is more efficient than the NHS is a temporary measure designed to shift public opinion and foster acceptance of a private, fee-for-service healthcare system. Once the NHS is eliminated, private healthcare will differentiate itself by social class, cost, and quality to such an extent that even private healthcare will become inefficient for most people.
