Name?

2026-10-27 17:42:05 UTC

Getting some sun first thing before I become a vampire and lock myself in the study work cave.
Tossed and turned, and anxiety kept creeping in about how things went in my court hearing yesterday 😢 and I couldn't fall asleep until after 4:30 a.m.
It will be interesting how I function on 4.5 hrs of sleep today. 🥺 My body is hurting and I want to cry 😭 and I have 5 days to complete cybersecurity self-audit labs that were supposed to be done over the last 4 weeks. And assignments for 4 other classes too.
And all I wanna do is brainstorm about Bitcoin instead and reevaluate the logistics around my court case.
Oh yeah, GM 🌞

Spent all morning preparing for my small claims court hearing against Meta, only to find out I'd been assigned a different judge after three prior hearings with the same one, who supposedly scheduled this continuance specifically so he could preside again. Darn it, Commissioner Allen, I was really counting on you, man 😢
Well, turns out this chicka was a BOSS at least. 💪
She basically put us on standby and had Meta's representative work with their access team to restore my access to my accounts. (More specifically my profile which I lost access to 4.5 months ago when they began their authentication process asking for my ID and a new email, so I can rightly be returned access as admin to my hacked business page of now 17 years). I am baffled by what incompetent processes and people work at that corp. This has been so fucking frustrating. Finally though wow they actually sent a working password reset link. MORONS! But I got my accounts back.
Sounds great, right? Except I spent over THREE HOURS in the courtroom. My hearing started at 1:30 PM, and I wasn't done until 4:45.
By the time we finally got to the actual matter of my claim, which is the harm caused by 29 MONTHS of unauthorized sexually explicit content sitting on a business page I'd spent 15 years building, under MY NAME, misrepresenting me, my brain was completely FRIED.
And I'm not even sure I managed to properly articulate the full extent of my arguments.
I'd already presented them to the previous judge multiple times, particularly when Meta kept bringing up contractual defenses. He'd actually honed in on the reputational harm caused by Facebook's failure to act for such an outrageous length of time.
Well, got a different judge today, and all that built up rapport, gone! Three hours in, I was running on fumes.
Then their litigation person was a whole other representative than before too, making up a bunch of made up shit that had never come up, just pretty much inventing stuff, that I didn't even have a chance to question.
So, I am really not sure I am happy with how that concluded.
But it's out of my fucking hands now.
The judge has up to 90 days to issue a decision. I am gonna pray she does what's actually just in this situation.
I'm sooooo POOPED rn. And somehow I still had an entire business ethics assignment to tackle afterward. 😵‍💫🥴
I need a REALLY good show to completely zone out with now!!!
Recommendations welcome. 📺🍿
Though, really what I actually need is a massage and someone to hold me long and tight and rock me around like a baby, letting me know it's all gonna be ok! 😭

This #cybersecurityfundamentals lab work was a lot... For me anyways... Pretty beginner stuff for you, I am sure... Bashing commands in the terminal (is that even right expression 😅)
Way, too much going on today...
Started to feel cold seeping into my bones after 3 focused hours sitting and staring at a screen... Needed a reset with a hot tub... Before more school work and two more deadlines to complete + a court hearing tomorrow. 👀 Universe is really lighting the fire 🔥 under my ass.
Where is timeeeeee, pleaseeeeee? And not gonna even talk about how this Full Moon is aspecting so much!!!
This view is nice. But this hot tub is not nearly as hot as I need t at 102°. More heat plsss. 🔥 #fuckme

Hey thanks for zooming in... It's flattering 😆 jk this sucks.
Anyways, don't worry about it. It's not a biggie. It was literally spur of the moment minute video, trying to dust off my comfort level and speak in front of the camera. I hate my pixel lens cos I feel it enlarges all my skin imperfections and I have been really not having a good skin week or couple months/decades 😅... So I prefer to use IG stories + to keep me to the 1 min limit. I put a subtle filter so it's more like a layer of foundation since I had no make up on instead of altering my features. And it seems like it does this thing with the bluish thing... Especially when light hits and the sun was really beaming in... But I don't care I wasn't gonna just redo the whole thing. ;) then I slapped an extra fuzzy filter on top.

I was so fucking happy to get out of Guatemala. I really didn't like the vibes around Lake Atitlan... Though ran into a ton of people I knew from CA. My nervous system went into such deep exhale the moment I got to my airport gate and heard american voices. Not even a half an hour in the US, on a random sidewalk in Venice Beach outside of my Airbnb I meet a person I know. She gives me a ride to whole foods. Crazy synchronicities.
Wonder what's that a reminder for... 🤔 #iloveamerica

It's crossed my mind... More so somatic dance medicine and was what flooded my awareness a few years back and I experimented with lives but briefly. Didn't turn into structured anything. Though, I noticed it lit a spark in others perhaps more advanced in my network who did that.. now it feels like quite prevalent of a movement when I look into it.
Doesn't mean I can't do it I am just not sure that's my direction. I suck at choreography but probably cos I haven't put hardly any energy into it. Still in a fog and gathering clarity.
I did have a very visceral download a few yrs back that I should consecrate places with dance.

Hola muchachos... It bothers me when orgs in this space don't honor their word and follow through... What's up? I'm using the app to measure steps... Keep posting screenshot and giving shouldouts to your app... And this is why I keep being reminded I have been waiting now 6 months for you to correct this.
This is not about some 5-10k though I earned them it's about keeping you acfoundable to HONOR YOUR WORD and build Reliable Uncompromised Software. After this I may just delete the app and stop participating in these challenges to help boost your visibility and instead use something else.

Honestly, it's super triggering and makes me super sad. I can clearly see how I began to self-censor and eventually stopped recording talking videos after experiencing a dental injury nearly 10 years ago, when a dentist severely and nonconsensually altered my lower front teeth, deforming the natural shape I'd known my entire life.
You look anything but heinous, my dear... You are authentic, and I'm sure that comes across even when you cry as well.

I like having a structured format that encourages me to play with and build things. Or, more accurately, demands it 😅 (if I don't wanna fail the class).
Yesterdayish, I built an app I'd been thinking about for quite a while. It's my HRV tracker journal... I'm pretty sure something simpler would've satisfied my professor, but I wanted to build something I actually need.
I guess I should develop the habit of publishing my code on GitHub? Or is ngit the thing now?

Last week in my AI for All class, I was assigned to build a simple app with Python... my first time doing that.
Built an “AI privacy check” to get folks to pause and think twice before putting sensitive info into AI. It's kinda cool, though not sure I see people getting off their Claude to do that first...
But it did get me the 10 points, and it was a fun little experiment to play with.
