This is what 'gender affirming care' means: hormones after one appointment, no questions.
When the point of medical intervention is to 'affirm' someone's 'gender' then withholding hormones is denying that person's identity. This is not medical care.

One of the scandals of the Tavistock's initial puberty blockers trial (the Early Intervention study) was that these children were NOT tracked. They went on to adult clinics and were lost. Is this the cohort of girls who are now getting double mastectomies? We don't know.
