you have actualy confirmed things that has been few years ago behind banning yandex taxi operations in Baltic states. There has been real concern about customers data and they never been able make proof data are not being sent to Russia. I remember that time there has been big noise from Russian bots in digital universe about Baltics destroying free market. Seems that it was good call. I used to work with person who was part od development team of Moscow surveillance and also another one, who was somehow close to Russian great firewall development. The first things they said, run away from yandex when I was thinking using their taxi service instead of Bolt (Yandex was significantly cheaper), I don’t want to be paranoid, but I would not be surprised if there was a plan in yandex services in EU. @npub1haj…puq9 @npub1lh4…rtvq

sorry I don’t feel sorry, Russian state threatens existence of Estonia since ever, cyber attacks almost on quarterly basis, making arson attacks on Estonian defense companies, very often violates Estonian air space, diverted several Ukrainian drones to Estonian space (one of them crashed to power plant), and constantly GPS jamming and disrupting commercial flights. So sorry I don’t feel bad UA is burning them to ashes. If our fellow Russian friends suffer, this is wake up call, for them to get rid of Putin. BTW Russian soldiers occupied my country since 1968 to 1991 (Czechoslovakia), so I realy don’t care. Let burn Russia to ashes, sooner better, maybe them they can rebuild it to civilised country.

to be honest I quite a lot like thats whole red yandex status page, it warms my hearth. UA just need to take down the rest of their datacenters. And yes more they damage Russian infrastructure, better and I am telling this as person living about 200 km from Russian borders.

the point is, that Yandex is not only search engine, this Ukrainian sanctions are more comparable like switching off whole google cloud. This time Kazakhstan will thank Russia for that was also. We cant even imagine how many businesses are affected in Russia and Kazakhstan. Here is yandex status page https://status.yandex.cloud/ru/dashboard?installation=ru
