They're probably going to declare martial law anyways. What are you going to do then, listen to them? They want a civil war and societal breakdown. This is their end goal, its obvious. What they don't realize is not every state is going to listen, and there is over half of the country who despises them. This is going to devolve into a civil war one way or another, and it makes me sad.
There is no reason it needs to be this way, but you can only push people so far before they fight back.
I have no idea what the spark is going to be, but its coming. It's not normal for states to threaten to quit paying taxes, and for a state to activate the national guard to deal with federal goons.

Can't they just do a game give away, like a general one? Im not into NSFW games, but if you make it clear thats what the give away is about it will still get the same message across. We support NSFW games being available (at least I do). I just dont want to play them.

30% of the population thinks tanking the economy, shredding the constitution, and deporting people to what is essentially a death camp without due process, all totally legal and very cool.

Does it even need to? It's very clear wording. There is literally no argument you could make that can misinterpret the language. It's like the singular thing in the constitution that is extremely clear language.

Man, a president Vance would really suck. He's coherent...crazy, but he can maintain a thought long enough to finish a sentence.
