YOU KNOW, WHEN PRICES ARE HIGH AND SERVICE SUCKS, THERE'S A LACK OF COMPETITION, AND THAT'S WHAT THESE INSURANCE CLAIM DENIAL MILLS ARE DOING, ELIMINATING COMPETITION FOR GOOD COVERAGE BY ARRANGING TO PROVIDE ONLY BAD COVERAGE

You can think of Robert McNamara for the extremely stupid idea, sounded smart to him, to build weapons as export commodities. The world's gotten a lot more violence since then, Bob. Thanks, dumbshit. Rest in Justice

A contingent of volunteers with surveillance drones could probably find these people before they expire. Not my field of expertise but, I think we need to think about low cost high tech methods to help people.

When I went to law school I was sure I would be most interested in criminal law. Wrong. The criminals were in corporations class.
The creation of a deathless gollum whose owners enjoy the ability to send it on evil errands and disclaim liability is a horrific achievement of legal sorcery.
It created the monsters that plague us now, because ordinary human beings organized into productive collectives can't have the arrogance, the timeless authority, of corporations.

It just goes to show you don't need a smug globalist warhawk like Hillary to alienate everyone. Harris's silence about the Gaza genocide turned my wife's ecstatic enthusiasm about her candidacy to a bitter rage that I hear everyday. She looks like another neoliberal head to our arms merchant Nation.

The program is managed by partners at some of the largest law firms in the United States, Britain, and Europe.
There are literally law firms that have been advising on how to maintain royalism, feudalism, fascism, oligarchy, and all of these other top down systems under the guise of capitalism and free marketeering, for at least four centuries.
Corporations, that do not live and cannot die, are the vehicles for all of these human and planet destroying philosophies.

#SCOTUS REVITALIZED PREGNANCY CRIME
Marsh’s case is a “prime example of how pregnancy loss can become a criminal investigation very quickly,” said Dana Sussman. While similar cases predate the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, she said, they seem to be increasing.
“The Dobbs decision unleashed and empowered prosecutors to look at pregnant people as a suspect class and at pregnancy loss as a suspicious event,” she said.

NOW THIS IS A TRUE WITCH HUNT, AS IN A PERSECUTION OF A WOMAN FOR BEING A WOMAN AND NOTHING MORE
After losing her baby in a miscarriage, a South Carolina woman was charged with murder/homicide by child abuse, spent 22 days in jail without bond, facing 20 years to life in prison, & after 13 months of house arrest with an ankle monitor, Marsh was cleared by a grand jury. Her case will not proceed to trial.

WHAT A DILEMMA THE CAPTORS HAVE WHEN THEY IMPRISON PEOPLE THEY CANNOT FEED
“[The Nazis] are saying: ‘We can’t feed these people, we don’t have the food to feed these people.’ One of them says [in a letter]: ‘Rather than wait for them to slowly starve this winter, wouldn’t it be more humane to quickly finish them all off now?’”

I was a teen in the mid sixties when the LSD scare happened. True, the first time I took it, I was sitting on a roof, and was cautious that I wouldn't attempt to fly. I didn't, and it was a remarkable moment when I saw a structure of neon under the black fur of a dog, and wispy clouds multiplying their wisps beyond the natural. Scary stories couldn't keep me away after that.

I accept that #HarrisWalz2004 will likely gravely disappoint me with Kamala's #Israel policy.
This is because I know she is held captive by #AIPAC, but is not wedded to their position.
But if we vote a straight Democratic ticket, and send enough progressives to Congress, we can disarm the AIPAC terrorists and release the Democratic Party from its thrall.
True conservatives also realize that being Bibi's bitch is no role for the US President. By allying with opponents in this way, we win.

I was curious about the phenomenon, and it turns out that New Mexico is the only state where Sonic is the most popular fast food outlet.
Since you seem to know the menu, what's your favorite thing?
And putting bacon on ice cream reminds me of that movie where Denzel Washington is a black lawyer in LA who decides to blow off his job and go to the beach and eat a caramel iced donut with bacon sprinkles.

Cal bar pass rate during her years, among time takers, over 70% failed.
Many take it three or four times and finally give up.
It is well known that it reflects longstanding racial prejudices that lead
1st to the admission of few people of color to law school,
2nd to them obtaining lower grades, and
3rd to them having more difficulty passing the bar.
YET THEY EXCEL!
So when white supremacists complain that black people achieve *less,* give them a hearty *FUCK YOU, ASSHOLE!*

The death of #Chevron deference is overblown.
Anybody who thinks that the administrative state was going to save our ecology has not been watching the EPA.
Do you not know that the reason that air pollution and water pollution are as bad as they are in major metropolitan areas because the EPA has repeatedly interfered with local efforts to rein bad actors back using nuisance law?
Administrative agencies like the DEA screw up their mission so thoroughly 1/2
