thank you for taking the time reading my way to long review:)
Please don't change your ways because of some random stranger on the Internet. If you're an author that prefers to keep it shorter, don't force yourself to write longer books than you like.
Also books don't have to be immaculate to be enjoyable. I'm glad we chose your book for our Solarpunk book club :)
Edit: also thank you for clarifying the meaning of kolo

but I found no exact meaning, that fits the bill (I've found several places that are named Kolo, one rebel fighter and a place known for water sparcity.)
If you would like to read a way to long review of your book (in German though), you can find it here: https://vger.to/feddit.org/post/37282918
Thank you for writing "The blossoming of the big tree". I enjoyed reading it and it gave me a glimpse into a world I wouldn't have had any access to without it :) 2/2

I've finished your book today:) it was a good read and I like Aditas character and the main plot, especially the dichotomy between the realities of being in a war and trying to keep your values as a society intact. My main gripe with the book is that it is too short^^ (which leaves out more context, which I would have liked in some parts). I'm also not a big fan of the ousting practices.
I've got one question remaining: what exactly does "Kolo!" mean? I get it's a curse 1/2

the fediverse is a crazy place ^^ the author of the book we're reading right now found our 5-15 people large book club and made a post about it:)
@npub1j52…qd6f in case you haven't seen it (luce started it all :) )
I've bought the book but haven't started reading yet. I should be finished by the end of the week. I'll tell you a short version of my thoughts under this reply. The long version will be in the book club (in German though).
Have a nice day:)

a tidbit of unsolicited advice:
Don't link to their webpage if you don't want people to see it. :)
Most folks following the #solarpunk hashtag probably haven't heard about this slop website until you posted about it. Attention is a limited resource, and you're taking away a little bit of everyones attention to show us something that we all don't want to see.
I'm not saying don't write about slop trying to take over, but don't use their images/websites etc. :)

@npub1hhs…rl5g our Solarpunk book club chose your book for the month and I finished it yesterday. I just wanted to say that I really liked the book and especially the four robot characters and wanted to say thank you for writing it :)
