I am deeply concerned by recent reports of renewed conflict in Tigray. After enduring a genocide that ended just three years ago, the Tigrayan people continue to face a severe humanitarian crisis, with many internally displaced persons still unable to return home.
Any renewed fighting will only intensify this instability and suffering. It is imperative that all parties reject warfare and actively pursue peaceful, negotiated solutions to prevent further harm.
Say no to war. Choose peace.
