The ECHR has formally moved our applications forward:
Communication to the Government: On May 29, the Court officially gave notice of our applications to the German Government. The Government has been invited to submit a statement of facts and written observations regarding the admissibility and merits of our cases.
Deadline for Germany to respond by September 30, 2026
