A new day. A new chance to succeed.
Bread baking already this morning. It spent the night in the fridge so I could bake first thing.
It's become something of a ritual with me now. Baking every few days grounds me in the world. Forces the ADHD to slow down. To be present in the moment.
Not sure why I find it satisfying, this ancient skill. Working to perfect the crust and crumb.
But it tastes great, if I do say so myself.
