The thing about AI being wrong and harmful sometimes is...a lot of tech is wrong and harmful sometimes. AI is not a sea change so much as an intensification. It's the same forces gobbling up wealth and power in order to insulate themselves from the consequences of doing wrong.
Healthy societies, relationships, technologies, etc are based around identifying, acknowledging and repairing harm when it happens. Whereas everything today seems based around having the power to ignore harm.
