- They refused to identify the authority used to remove these ppl, knowing that removal via invocation of Alien Enemies Act was paused by Boasberg;
- Rubio claimed, "deportees included murderers and rapists", which suggests:
- they could have easily pointed to INA authority, but didn't, for a reason;
- not all were violent.
