Supposedly, these strong measures happened due to concerns of some kind. After doing what was needed to address the concerns, they should have made them public and explicit. We can't trust measures are needed if we can't see the end goal.
If this was TDD, the community can't fix the suite if we didn't even have access to the failing specs.
