And the house not being in her name is something that she has mentioned to my husband. She said that her husband is having an issue with the home being in his and his brothers' names. She hasn't said anything about changing the title, only that her husband is having a hard time moving into a home owned by his stepsons.

I don't think this is going to end well, but I am hoping that any inevitable drama occurs in 2027. We just need some time to grieve.
