You may notice there are at least dates on every article (if not the preamble yet) now (I went for the most recent git commit date. I realize this is technically the "last build date" but basically I was not going to try and finnagle something else right now.

Sticking to my FIPA SL modified ISO-8601 guns. I also fixed where I was incorrectly using microseconds instead of milliseconds.
This step was necessary because I wanted my (coming..!) RSS dates to be accurate.
