Canada is a country of immigrants and most of us have someone "not born here" not too far back in the family tree.
Citizenship isn't a reward for ideological purity and shouldn't be weaponized. We have plenty of racist fascists who were born in Canada, and I'd prefer we spend our time and resources fighting that.
