2. I think link previews are always rendered on the client side of the receiving end, not embedded by the sender, which is kind of a massive privacy issue tbh

Perhaps the ability like the iMessage convert to text link/show link preview option please.
I am simply trying to paste a raw link but in every client I’ve tested so far it seems to try to convert a Wikipedia url ending in png into a blank/empty image.
I tested with X, and it doesn’t do that.

Worth keeping in mind: if the Bitcoin maximalists end up being right about big print debasement, the most likely scenario, even in that world, is that your life just stays the same while everyone else's fiat life becomes extremely unaffordable. You buy the same 10 eggs today as you do after the big print, but everyone else can only buy one egg.
it's less "you get richer!" and more "you don't get poorer" or at best "you get relatively slightly richer".
And that's not accounting for the massive inflation in capital gains that you still would be paying, with taxes levied on **nominal gains**. A 10X Bitcoin due to debasement is a real gain of zero, But a 9X capital gains tax.
Some predicted a long time ago that would happen. Even Elon has been saying it for almost a decade and it wasn't his idea.

If you're measuring your success by how much money you have instead of how many people you're actually helping, you might want to rethink what success means.
Because if you're making your money off the backs of people you're exploiting, you're not successful. You're just getting rich off other people's struggles and calling it success.
There's nothing wrong with making money. But what good is all that wealth if you're not making life better for anyone but yourself?
To me, real success is about what you're building, who you're helping, and whether people are better off because of what you're doing.
