I notice if my skin is weird like too dry and flaky or if I'm breaking out, if I'm craving tons of sweets, or if I'm feeling low energy. That's when I think I might benefit from doing one.
I find after I do a cleanse I have much better energy and endurance, my skin gets better, and I stop craving sweets and binge eating.
It's not me who craves sugar... It's the parasites 😱

The data itself is good. They are facing a lawsuit over their sleep data claims in the US, but it's also the US. I can say that it lines up for me on nights where I don't get good deep sleep on the Oura that I struggle irl. I know even if I get low hours of sleep, but my deep and REM are decent, the lack of sleep isn't a struggle. So ofc it's not perfect data, but I think it's good.
Who says I don't have one of those too? Mine's an early warning indicator for those around me tho 😡
Yeah, I think they're good. It helps me keep an eye on things. Recently it told me that my resting heart rate is 4bpm lower than in the past. It helps me know if I'm going in the right direction.
But I'm grandfathered in and don't pay the subscription. Even if I had to, I probably would, but paying for the ring and the subscription up front feels like a lot. There might be cheaper rings these days that do similar things.

I have been needing a new Oura ring for a while. I've been a customer since 2020, and they replaced my Gen 3 ring twice now for free. I contacted them and said my battery life is horrible. They offered €100 off a new Gen 4 or 5. I accepted. They emailed back and said because I'm a longtime supporter, they are upping it to €200 off. So I'm getting a new Gen 4 gold for €100 🥳
