Yeah, I think they're good. It helps me keep an eye on things. Recently it told me that my resting heart rate is 4bpm lower than in the past. It helps me know if I'm going in the right direction.
But I'm grandfathered in and don't pay the subscription. Even if I had to, I probably would, but paying for the ring and the subscription up front feels like a lot. There might be cheaper rings these days that do similar things.
