"Building" is cheaper for sure, but testing by actual humans remains a bottleneck.
Plenty of AI slop gets put out with bad UI, bugs, etc, a lot of which can only be caught by an actual human being with actual thumbs using it.

What is your thought on "task done" in terms of your harness?
I guess the most meaningful way to work is to make the best workloop. But it is hard in a sense, that it shall not restrict you too much, so you can do different type of tasks.
Just prepare for the worst, hope the best, and move on. Simple 😂

Interesting! I will check. I wanted to ask what do you miss from existing harnesses, that you need one from scratch. I am also writing my own, did not have time to fully finish it. Now I am trying to setup a minimal set of good instructions. It is hard to write a harness while changing the instruction files as well. So I am fine-tuning the instructions, then finish up my harness probably.
