Go watch 5th Element again. The reason they first show for Zorg being evil is that he is selling weapons to a race of people who were chased off their land by the government because of the way they look. The stated use for the weapons is to reclaim their homes from the government that stole them. I said to my wife, are we sure he is the bad guy?
Of course it quickly turns out that he is evil despite that introduction.

It must be nice to always have an answer for everything.
Who wants to exclusively be driven in state of the art spy machines? I want a careful driver in a just barely pre spying Lexus or other luxury ride.

"tools of the State" works just fine, thanks
Systems and rules can't replace real personal understanding between partners or create true
fulfillment on their own. Intimate relationships grow out of people's shared experiences,
communications, trust-building over time, self-discovery journeys... not mandates.
You're right that laws, customs, religions etc. have no real idea what will bring different
individuals eudaimonia - because that ultimate sense of purpose and peace comes from each
person's own path at their own pace.
There are some general principles (like honesty, loyalty, empathy) but the details of a life
well-lived look different for everyone based on their unique experiences, passions, values. No
rulebook can substitute for that.
So while we need fair systems to help people thrive together, they're no replacement for each
person doing their own soul-searching to find their own way to flourishing. Letting individual
growth and intimate connections be the centerpiece, with societies providing a supportive
platform.

I passed a work station in the ED yesterday that had an error screen lol No idea what happened. I was too busy to stop. In fairness, nurses can find a way to break almost anything.

WHERE ARE YEEWW? AND IM SO SORRY
Nice job! Check out the @npub1car…f0dd integration that just went live this week. 🙌
Also, it’s time @npub19hg…yv9p dropped @npub12vk…pugg from this animation, their NWC connection doesn’t work in any other clients now. This was confirmed by @npub16c0…6nvr. (And it didn’t even have to be this way.)
For the average person, any change in secure boot settings, or even booting another OS once can cause the TPM state to change.
This then gives you the dreaded recovery key screen which you probably don’t even know exists as it is backed up to your FIRST Microsoft account.
Basically, pain in the ass, and no benefit
Does Nostur handle both? I’ve struggled with that client for a while, especially with relay management for multiple identities.
