@nprofile…5lr4 I take it I'm unaware of something?

I feel like Spain definitely deserves to win this game, much as I like Messi but I feel like Argentina has been leaning a bit too hard on him to supply their offense. #WorldCup

@nprofile…vfe6 Ugh I’m so sorry, but I can relate. My mom has had to cage all of her vegetables because of squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, and other critters incessantly going after her tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and anything else she happens to be growing. Dusting the plants with cayenne pepper has worked a little bit to cut down on the thievery.

My mom just got a letter from Social Security saying they made a mistake and now she needs to pay back her SS benefits dating back to 2022.
Meanwhile billionaires like Musk, Bezos, and Zuckerturd pay nothing in taxes without consequences, and worse, with the Orange Blob's full blessing. #FuckTrump

@nprofile…dj5k I really need to convince my wife to get on this site and follow you, she’s always fixing something for lunch or dinner very much along the lines of what you share on here!

Herb and vegetable seeds have been ordered! Decided to give tomatoes another go this year, this time rolling with a super dwarf variety called Geranium Kiss. I tend to have better luck with cherry and grape tomatoes than slicers. Also going to do potatoes for the first time, along with spring onions and garlic. We’re also going to take another stab at zucchini despite the ever-present squash vine borers and squash bugs. #gardening

Anyone know why my aloe vera plant would be off-color (some stems are dull yellow, others almost a dull pink)? For sure didn’t get over-watered, and got plenty of bright, indirect light. So thinking maybe the plant go too cold at one point? It did used to sit next to the sliding glass door to our back porch. #Houseplants #Succulents

Wow. I thought Democrats MIGHT squeek out a victory with governor, Lt. Governor, but lose the A.G. race because of the Jay Jones text message thing, BUT not only did they win all three spots, they also flipped 12 state assembly seats. AND of course Mamdani’s victory in NYC, and flipping New Jersey governor!
Is this hope I’m feeling???

R.I.P. Patricia Routledge, known to many of us as Hyacinth Bouquet (from Keeping Up Appearances). Onward to the great candlelight supper (featuring the china with handpainted periwinkles) in the sky. ❤️

My mom had a visitor the other day while she was in the back yard working in her garden! #Deer #Wildlife

Does anyone grow mountain mint (Pycanthemum spp.)? How aggressively does it spread? My mom wants some for her garden (which I encourage, pollinators love it). But one time she planted common milkweed which goes to town and she was pulling it up at the far end of the yard, lol). So nothing that "happy"

An FYI about why tropical milkweed should be avoided; plant only the natives. Apparently there's a parasite found on tropical milkweed that can greatly harm Monarchs

If liberals and leftists don't stop bickering and pointing fingers at each other, we are really screwed going into 2025 because there will be no effective opposition since the entire left will be eating itself. Nobody can see the forest for the trees anymore.

Seriously just want to completely reboot large portions of my life...maybe pack my things, travel cross-country and start an entirely new journey. Reaching my limits with people's shit.
