That's a very long game in IP range speculation.

Understandably, yes.
I've a couple of decades of migraine logs (yay tagging posts on Social Media) and dug through that to generate a graph. There _appears_ to be a seven year cycle... But also the peaks are when I needed to change my glasses..

The coda to this is that I lasted another seven years in the spod trades after I came out.
My immediate colleagues were sound people, including offering to set about anyone who gave me a hard time.
However the wider orgs? Grim.

It's actually pretty easy. Assuming you even see applications from women, the chances are they'll be better than dudes.
If some oik is being a sexist twat, call them on it. Standing there and going 'Mate. Really? Is it 1975 or what?' is good actually.
Someone gets talked over in a meeting?
'Mate, I don't think (blah) had finished?'
Keep doing that. Keep doing the work. Do not expect cookies.
Do expect a significantly more pleasant workplace.

Since I'm going to be breaking out the air mattress so I can kip downstairs where it is cooler this week, I began to wonder what other things I should do for the full EMF-at-home experience.
- put my router in a Playmobil datenklo
- ask next door to play Amsterdam trance from 7am
- park my car five streets away
- ask the other next door to converse in German
- all the pride flags. All of them. More.

I would like to forget everything I ever knew about keeping php and mysql running, and replace that with poetry, queerness, and sunsets.

Choice of writing instrument really does affect yr handwriting doesn't it.
(Lamy vs Waterman in the specific case. Weirdly I prefer the cheaper one)
