Carnivore is the Way.

2026-10-06 15:55:27 UTC

On a GLP-1 shot and eating half as much food? Every bite has to count, or you lose muscle and bone along with the fat. This applies to Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound and reta...

Visceral fat is the dangerous fat. It sits around your organs and drives chronic inflammation.
Dr. Sean O’Mara and I talk about how to see it, how to shrink it, and why the scale will lie to you while that happens.
If your belly is hard and your labs got called normal, watch this.

A heart attack is a leading killer, and your doctor's advice is aimed at the wrong risk.
If all your doctor wants to talk about is your LDL, watch this.

This video is based on very well-done, peer-reviewed research.
Focus on reversing the most dangerous risks first...

You mean like smoking and drinking lots of alcohol and being very poor? The ENTIRE Blue Zones myth is bullshit; all of it; watch the interview.

2026-09-30 16:26:49 UTC

The Blue Zones are a lie, and the data does not back the plant-food legend.
Dr. Saul Newman goes through Okinawa, Sardinia, Loma Linda, missing death certificates, and a story that sold very well.
If that book made you drop steak for a longevity diet, watch this.

Four out of ten people are iodine deficient, and most doctors never check.
Dr. David Brownstein and I talk about thyroid, breast health, fluoride, bromine, and why the RDA is too small for the world we live in.
If nobody has ever mentioned iodine to you, watch this.

Meat does not rot in your colon. The foods that never finish digesting do.
I go through 7 things that actually ferment down there, and why carnivore gas is a different story.
If a vegan just used that line on you, watch this.

Red meat does not cause type 2 diabetes. The meme is loud. The history does not match it.
Ben Bikman, PhD, and I talk insulin, fatty liver, and why diabetes rose while steak intake fell.
If that claim has kept you off meat, watch this.

Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjaro and keto both quiet hunger and help blood sugar. Only one of them comes with a weekly shot and a long side-effect list.
Amanda Decker, NP, and I go through the benefits, the gut problems, the muscle loss, and when food should replace the pen.
If you are on it or thinking about it, watch this.

Fatty liver is everywhere now, and a lot of you don’t even know you have it.
It is not caused by eating fat. It is the sugar, the juice, the soda, and the alcohol. I walk through how to reverse it in 90 days.
If your doctor said you have a fatty liver yet offered no solution, watch this.

High blood pressure is not a salt problem.
The low salt diet they gave you drops it 2 points. A low carb diet you can salt to taste has dropped it 20 to 30 points, and some people got off the pills.
If you have hypertension and you are still afraid of the salt shaker, watch this.

They told you salt causes high blood pressure. They did not tell you the difference between real salt and the cheap stuff on every table.
I cover 7 salt facts most doctors still get wrong, plus why a low salt diet can make blood sugar and energy worse.
If you are afraid of the salt shaker, watch this.

Most type 2 diabetics are following advice that keeps them diabetic.
I break down 10 lies people still believe about reversal, medicine, plant based diets, fasting, thin diabetics, and what a real A1C should look like.
If your doctor said this disease only gets worse, watch this first.

Dr. Jami Dulaney once believed meat and eggs were unclean & unhealthy.
Today, she eats lots of Red Meat & Eggs & has completely changed the way she thinks about nutrition, insulin resistance, and heart health.

Not everyone needs to be 100% Carnivore, but
100% of everyone needs to eat meat.

2024-11-10 16:54:10 UTC

7 steps to adopting a Proper Human Diet
1. stop all added sugar & most natural sugars
