My top pick is Aya Gold & Silver
(ticker $AYA )
CIBC’s latest FTSE rebalance analysis flags Aya Gold & Silver as a potential addition to the VanEck Gold Miners ETF (GDX)
• Estimated index-related demand of ~6.7M shares, equivalent to ~2.8x Aya’s 30-day average daily trading volume
• GDX measurement date: May 29, 2026
• Rebalance announcement expected: June 12, 2026
Why is $AYA my top stock in my portfolio?
- Producing 6 million oz silver now at Zgounder, their first mine.
- $250+ million in free cash flow
- Building 2nd mine, Boumadine, which will produce 37 million oz silver equivalent (gold, silver, lead and zinc) in 2029 or 2030.
- No stock dilution, 1st mine is so profitable that it funds the huge Boumadine project construction
- Revenue and profits will increase by 6x or 7x, even if silver and gold prices stay at the current levels. If silver and gold go up from here, Aya has even more upside.

I think 1984 was probably the best year ever for movies.
Footloose, The Karate Kid, The Never Ending Story, Sixteen Candles, Ghostbusters, Terminator, Indiana Jones Temple of Doom, Gremlins, Beverly Hills Cop, The Last Starfighter, Nightmare on Elm Street, Red Dawn ... epic year

There are going to be a lot of federal student loans that never get paid back. $1.7 trillion in student loans are financed by the govt.
The loans are on the books as an asset of the US govt, but a huge portion is actually debt that the US govt will shift to the national debt.

🚨 Mexican Narco politician President Claudia Sheinbaum refuses to seriously fight the cartels because she and other narco politicians are financed by the drug cartels.
A Senator from Mexico went on Fox News back in November 2025 and exposed it all.
She revealed, the President of Mexico works for and is funded by the Cartels.
It is not just the President, there are an entire group of Mexico politicians known as the “narco politicians”.
The Morena (political party) is financed by the cartels, that’s how they get elected. They ran on a social welfare and anti-corruption platform, but then once they get elected the deal is for the Mexican government to then protect the cartels.
Most Mexicans, and the politicians who are not owned by the cartels, want Donald Trump to help with the cartels. US Special Forces could easily wipe out the drug cartels within a matter of months.

From 2013 until 2022 Jeff Bezos invested heavily in the Washington Post.
He bought it when it was losing $50 million per year. He gave them a blank check to survive and grow with digital.
The staff got used to having a billionaire fund everything and let them be hard core left “the resistance”.
Finally Jeff Bezos realized it isn’t working because digital number of subscribers peaked at 3 million in Jan 2021 and is now 2.5 million. Print circulation is down 90% from the peak in 1993.
1/3 of the Washington Post staff was fired this time. They are down to 500 employees now. They had 1,200 in 2021.
The remaining employees are demoralized. Nobody else is hiring far left “reporters”. So they can’t leave. They are hanging on by a thread praying to survive the next cut.
99% of them can’t write interesting enough content to do a Substack. They don’t have any options.
Watching this slow motion disaster was entirely predictable.

Democrats want to force loopholes that allow them to keep funding health insurance for illegal aliens so they will stay and vote and be counted in the census.

Congress has never done such huge changes in a continuing resolution (CR). The Republicans have offered a clean CR that just continues funding the govt at current levels until Nov 21st so that negotiations can continue. It is really that simple.

2025-10-01 05:49:43 UTC

The radical left Democrats are demanding over $1 trillion in funding for their left wing programs, and they want to jam it into a 7 week short term "continuing resolution".
Continuing resolutions (CR) just fund the govt short term while they continue to negotiate details. Biden had 13 CRs during his admin. The Democrats approved a CR just 6 months ago in March.
Republicans have passed a CR thru November 21st in the House. They need a few Democrat votes to reach 60 votes in the Senate.
There is no scenario that exists where Democrats will get they left wing agenda included in a 7 week CR. Yet they have shutdown the govt because their crazy activists are insisting on it.

PRESIDENT TRUMP: "Social Security won't be touched, other than if there's fraud or something. It's going to be strengthened. Medicare, Medicaid — none of that stuff is going to be touched. If there are illegal migrants, we are going to get them out of the system"
Medicaid pays out an estimated $50 billion per year in improper payments for medical services. The Republicans in the House Budget Resolution are prioritizing eliminating this waste and fraud in Medicaid.
This does NOT cut Medicaid, the goal is to get the improper payments eliminated without hurting services. Preventing unauthorized access to Medicaid preserves the services for those who are eligible. With DOGE auditing these agencies, this will enable us to save the services for those who need them.
